Perfect for Us
Review of the campsite
This gem was just perfect for us. We are not grimpers. We like to hike and swim. We did some wonderful hiking. There is a beauty in thick forest right at the camping. You suddenly emerge from the forest into a large former production orchard. But what was really special, is the lack of typical tourists throngs here. We visited Serres and Orpierre. These historic villages are not heavily touristed. In fact there are really very few. We were able to immerse ourselves in the history and patrimoine so perfectly. We would be privileged to return. We just had two days. I also liked having the Vival
None other than better wifi would be nice.

Das Appartement war schön gestaltet und hatte ausreichend Platz
Der Whirlpool war etwas kalt und wurde erst auf Nachfrage wieder gechlort (ein Abend unangenehmer Geruch- nicht richtig nutzbar).
Vielleicht neue Fotos auf die Seite hochladen (ohne Sauna). Text ist zwar klar, Bilder zeigen aber eine Fasssauna.

The area is quiet and beautiful. Our kids also appreciated having the climbing wall when it was raining.

Comfortable, warm and clean. The large terrasse was also appreciated.
The fridge was a bit difficult to access in the prestige spa.

Check-in, check-out facile et accès en voiture faciles. Camping bien situé, confortable et avec une vue imprenable sur les falaises !
L'équipe a été très réactive le dimanche soir pour changer les bouteilles de gaz !
Le plan du camping pas à l'échelle et peu de panneaux pour l'orienter. Pas indispensable mais rend l'orientation compliquée la premiere fois de nuit.
Pas vu de communication sur le déroulement du séjour: heure du check-in, heure du check-out, ce qu'il faut emmener (draps, liquide vaisselle, éponges, torchons, etc.) par contre j'ai recu de nombreux mails très précis sur le déroulement du paiement de la caution.

Les alaises des matelas et oreillers bien qu'indispensables ne respirent pas et sont très chauds.

Nous apprécions beaucoup ce camping, du fait de son implantation en pleine nature, de la diversité des locatifs proposés et du cadre magnifique. Nous y faisons des petits séjours en début et fin de saison
Nous avons été très déçu du système de réservation. Déjà payer 30 € un surplus pour être logé dans un bungalow voisin avec le reste de notre famille c'est un peu abusé. Mais nous faire payer en plus un mobil home de 6 personnes alors que nous n'étions que 3 au motif que sinon il n'était pas possible de nous mettre à côté, c'est clairement scandaleux. Ce surclassement aurait pu être offert. Surtout que nous étions en hors saison et que le camping était bien loin d'être plein.
Ces techniques commerciales agressives ne collent pas avec votre camping normalement si agréable
Mobil home sympa, moderne et fonctionnel. Jolie terrasse
Un petit kit d'accueil avec des produits ménagers aurait été un plus. Difficile de faire le ménage sans.
Dommage d'avoir été placé tout en haut du camping, très éloigné de la piscine, du bar,... du coup nous n'en avons pas profité
Et dernier point : attention au frelons. Il y en a beaucoup le soir sur la terrasse. Ils ne semblent pas agressifs mais c'est tout de même impressionnant.
Ce qui est dommage c'est que nous avons évoqué tous ces points à l'accueil, pour échanger, mais nous n'avons eu en retour que des hochements de tête.
Peut être qu'à l'écrit nous serons pris en considération

équipe sympa et piscine agréable
Le coté commercial est à revoir quand on arrive à 12h et qu'on nous fait rentrer dans le logement à 15H parce qu'il y a le ménage à faire pas de soucis mais quand on part à 11H et qu'on demande juste à laisser la voiture stationner à côté du mobil home et que le ménage a été mieux fait qu'à notre arrivée on nous répond non car des gens vont arriver à midi ... ça passe mal et ça gâche l'image du camping clairement . Surtout en étant seule avec ma fille la bienveillance est à revoir
