Amazing place. Location fab as close to Geneva and lake annecy. Lots of beaches to explore within 45min and lots of activities to do on the site. Cycling up Mont Saleve is close and brilliant.
A few more washing machines on site

Review of the campsite
I liked the facilities. New and clean restrooms, showers and cleaning dishes area. But what it is the best is the swimming pool. Two slides for kids and a bubble pool for parental relax. Two in one. You also have a regular swimming pool. They have a small kids park to play. I also liked the croissant and bread order service to pick up early in the morning. The staff was helpful and nice with us. Everything was OK except the restaurant service. One of them was rude and disrespectfull. Not with me, also with my wife later one.
The cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything tidy and clean
The pizza guy was not helpful, rude and disrespectfull. English was a problem, but this is the first time we find this situation. Maybe he was stressed, overwhelmed. Who knows.

Clean site, good spacious pitches and facilities. On-site shop with super friendly staff members.
Kids club had two brilliant hosts that really engaged with everyone on the site and also ran the evening entertainment. Tasty pastries delivered to the site every morning. Supermarkets very close by too.
Not enough bathroom facilities at the far end of the site for the number of people staying. The compulsory wearing of tight trunks for swimming seems outdated.

Mixture of grass and hardstanding, plenty of room on the pitch.
Wasn't the easiest for backing a twin-axel onto without a motor mover. Pitch was not level so everything was on an angle. We had a couple of nights with noise but once mentioned to the reception team, this was resolved.

Excellent facilities, warm, friendly staff. The site is in a really good position to visit Switzerland and Annecy. Also close to some mountainous rides for cyclists.
Pitches are a really good size and fully serviced. This is our 3rd time at the site as part of a longer holiday in France, we will visit again!
Smaller toilet block near to the main reception was often smelly. The other two were fantastic.

Quiet location but approximately 3 miles to nearest supermarket/town.
Very helpful lady who runs the campsite as we moved pitches.
Location great access to motorways for Annecy and links to Switzerland.
Pool area could do with a refurbishment and changing rules about no food around the pool.
More washing machines
Weekend reception lady not very helpful when we asked about trains to Geneva.

Large site with a great outdoor pool

We were satisfied with the spaciousness of our pitch . Toilet blocks were regularly cleaned . We went in to a nearby shopping mall about 20 min walk away away there was an excellent supermarket there . Then we had an enjoyable afternoon at the pool . Only had a two night stay . Handy for Geneva if you wish to use public transport .
It was very hot so we’d have liked more shaded areas .
