The campsite is located 1km from downtown Brantome who indulge in the river surrounding the city. We offer great comfort caravan pitches of 200m ² with possibility leads connected to water and grey water.
Pitches comfort, standard (for tents without electricity) and stabilized pitches for motorhomes. Many pitches are bordering the River. All our mobile homes have got a terrace and are recent. WIFI covers all the camping (5 ha), heated toilet block and a snack bar. Heated.pool

Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the pizzas we had via reception. The bread and croissants we ordered were very fresh and tasty. As it was towards the end of season, the pool was almost deserted and nice to relax around

Great campsite in a beautiful location. A shame we didn’t get the cabin that we requested next to the family one that we also booked for our children and grandchild to make it easier for babysitting. The one we were allocated did not get any sun, and in mid late September you definitely need some. But thankfully they allowed us to move into the one we requested after 5 nights. Business has changed hands so request lost in translation.
To supply/hire proper bedding and towels would make life a lot easier when travelling from England. Main swimming pool needs to have the heating turned up/on.

Site was lovely and peaceful. Plots were a decent size.
Walks in the surrounding woods were enjoyable and town was only a short distance.
The showers sometimes ran cold and only one toilet block was open.

Great mobile home nice to have the air conditioning.
Would be better having an oven instead of a dishwasher. Nice if all cabins came with a BBQ rather than having to pay extra.

Plot adjacent to the river was worth the extra cost. Staff were very pleasant.
The pool area was a highlight.
Would definitely return.
The cleaners were very efficient and kept the toilets and showers clean.
However, they cleaned all the toilets in the only block at the same time even though there were separate units.

Stopped for 2 nights as part of our tour of France . A quiet campsite at the end of its season was how we like it with full amenities and a pitch with lots of shade (essential these days). A lovely river side walk into town too.
Staff were helpful and friendly . Welcomed dogs and the walk into town makes a good dog walk with plenty of opportunities for a splash!

A really lovely stay with my two grandchilden. Super clean, relaxing and peaceful location on the river in the heart of nature with two excellent swimming pools. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay, our pitch was nice and shaded and wasn’t too far to the facilities or bar etc. The whole site felt very safe and we were happy for our children (5, and 7) to scoot around on their own.
The toilets were very smelly. I saw someone cleaning them one day and she just let the water overflow from the tap and then used a squeegee to push the water out to the drain. They needed a good lot of bleaching!
Also the service at the bar was quite slow and we were ignored once for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgment.

A bit muddy where grass had all died but can’t be helped with the current hot weather.

Technically, some things could be improved a litte: some showers didn't work very well, some toilets had blocked toilet paper dispensers, etc. Having a technician walk around and fix these things every now and then could greatly improve this, I think.
