Very friendly welcome
Review of the campsite
Friendly welcome by the lady at reception who spoke good English which was a big help for us. Indeed most of the staff spoke better English than our French! Decent sized pitches but it was a bit of a stretch for ECU on our pitch. Toilets and showers were clean but perhaps could do with a few more.
Nice pool and small bar ideal for a cold beer at the end of a hot day.
Plugs in sinks or a recessed plug hole so you can use your own plug as its difficult trying to have a wash with push taps and no plug. More toilets and showers.

We really liked the staff who were very accommodating and helpful. The pitch was a good size and very shady. Toilets and showers were clean and we never had to wait to use them.

Camping agréable , calme, soirée juste bien organisée, rougail,moule frite,paella excellent merci au chef ,les enfants on bien aimé la plaine de jeux ,personnels agréables et serviables le pain du matin très bon et très frais et la cibata excellente
Au niveau restauration,une carte plus variée serait bien venue , surtout les desserts ,est ce la fin de saison mais beaucoup de produits était en rupture de stock ( alimentaire et boissons)
L emplacement, le calme ,la propriété du mobil-home, merci à Mirco pour sa réaction rapide et sa gentillesse après un problème dans la chambre a coucher
Les stores aux fenêtres non fonctionnelles surtout celui des toilettes, mobil-home vieillissant,

Il y avait pas mal d'emplacements libres et nous avons été mis contre les sanitaires, donc bruyant avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Les gens manquent parfois de civisme dont la vaisselle tard et parlent fort comme s'ils étaient seuls

Sanitaires pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, vieillissant, machine à laver le linge cassée (c’était déjà le cas l’année dernière donc ça n’a pas été réparé depuis 1 an…) bar/snack avec des horaires d’ouvertures très courts, peu d’activités, pas de bancs dans les aires de jeux

La facilité d'accès, la proximité de chateau d'oleron, la baudisiere, boyardville
Notre séjour était court,
ce qui a été ennuyeux, c'est que nous n'avons pas eu de badge malgré nos diverses demandes, pour entrer dans le camping en voiture, à chaque fois que nous sortions, nous devions trouver quelqu'un pour nous ouvrir, y compris en dehors des heures d'ouverture de la réception, le dernier jour notre voiture a été garée la nuit à l'extérieur, nous voulions partir à 8h, la réception ouvrait à 9h, j'ai trouvé 2 salariés qui n'avaient pas accès à l'ouverture de la barrière, puis j'ai trouvé un agent technique qui a pu ouvrir

TRES BON SEJOUR AU CALME

Nous avons passé 5 jours au calme.Le camping est arboré. La piscine est agréable avec chaises et transats. Nous avons pu réservé pains et viennoiseries pour le lendemain qui sont tres bons.

Tres deçu je m 'attendais à un camping familiale et respectueux il en est rien les proprietaires ne dise meme pas bonjour .Les activites proposés sont mediocres et mal organisé.Une seule machine à laver pour tout le camping .Les douches sont vetuste et sale je ne recommande pas ce camping à fur.
Que le bar soit ouvert le matin pour prendre un petit cafe avoir du the et du chocolat qu il n y a pas
Que la piscine soit ouverte plus tard.Un bonjour serait bienvenue.Que la 2 eme machine à laver soit réparé....

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel ; les activités de Tessa et sa gentillesse.
L'eau de la douche dans le mobil-home qui change de température toute seule.
