The pool area
Emptying cassette toilet. This is very unhygienic. The water hose is next to the drain and some people leave end of hose in the drain. I filled up with water in my motorhome fortunately using my own hose but I didn’t realise at that time it was the main drain for emptying the toilet. I would’ve used another tap if I knew that this was the case. Shutting the bar a restaurant on Mondays was inconvenient. Lots of Ants on our pitch.

Just had 3 days here, lovely spacious pitches, very friendly staff and fantastic pool area. Facilities were spotlessly clean at all times one of the nicest small sites we have stayed on

Feeling let down

The reception girl was very helpful,but the rest of the stay(which we left before we had to)was a bit of a comedy act,with one toilet roll per cubicle,that lasted twenty mins LOL.The pitches were quite small and felt closed in.The wifi was hit and miss,would rather of paid for a decent connection.The pictures on the advert were out of date and the whole site needs updating as so much wasnt working,sorry i feel like this but thats how i feel.

Tout d'abord nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de répondre à ce questionnaire.
Nous respectons votre ressenti et sommes navrés de constater que rien ne vous a satisfait à part la région et l'accueil.
Nous ne comprenons pas la note de 2 en propreté surtout que dans les avis qui concernent la même période nous obtenons une note moyenne de 8 (???).
Que s"est-il passé?Parfois il peut y avoir des problèmes ponctuels sur lesquels nous pouvons intervenir si on nous les fait remonter.
La reception est ouverte de 8h30 à 12h 30 et de 14h à 20h, il est dommage d'attendre d'être parti pour dire ce qui ne fonctionne pas.
Lors de vos prochains séjour en camping pensez-y.

Bonjour merci d'avoir prit le temps de nous déposer votre avis. Nous constatons que la propreté a été mal noté sur votre avis. La propreté a été évaluée à "9" par un autre client durant la même période de séjour que le vôtre. Les sanitaires sont entretenus quotidiennement mais il suffit d'une famille qui ne respecte pas les lieux pour que celui qui passe après en subisse les conséquences. Peut-être cela explique t'il votre note de 5.
En espérant que vous avez tout de même apprécié votre séjour.

Nice large pitches, a lot of vegetation, small campsite, quiet
The sanitaries were very unclean from the beginning of our stay and in these two days no one cleaned them.

The emplacement was rather large and there were beautiful trees around us. The whole place seemed a bit run down and the grass was rather high.
Reception was friendly. Beware: the very good bakery in the village nearby is closed on Mondays and the little shop opens only until 12.30 on Mondays. Same for all the small villages nearby. But great opportunities to cycle through the beautiful countryside
Sanitary rooms were really neglected and dirty. Maybe this is a beginning of the season thing, same as the high grass on the emplacements!

Super sejour !

Nous avons passé de super moments. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine, les transats sont top. Le camping est assez calme. Il est possible de faire un barbecue, de boire des cocktails, manger sur place...il y a un trampoline et un petit city.
Si quelque chose devrait etre amélioré, je dirais la salle de jeux ou les points d'activités en général. Il n’y a qu’un baby foot. La table de jeux pour les plus petits est vide...les banquettes sont très abîmées. Les livres n’ont pas été ouvert depuis longtemps je pense. La salle ne sert pas vraiment a grand chose. Mes enfants sont grands donc ils profitent d’autre chose comme le trampoline, city ect...mais bon ce dernier n’est plus vraiment en tres bon état non plus ( panier de basket, filet de cage...) dommage ! En tous cas ça n’a pas empêcher les enfants de bien s’amuser. Nous reviendrons!
Rien a dire sur l’hébergement ! Nous avons tous bien dormi. Le chalet est complet. Tout fonctionne parfaitement. Tout est propre et bien rangé. Séjour très agréable et reposant. Merci

Pas de vis à vis, calme. Piscine au top en période de canicule, transats confortables.
Proche de plusieurs sites touristiques intéressant (grotte, gouffre, cité de Carcassonne, mer). Gérant très réactif en cas de problème. Pizzas/tapas du resto au top pour l'apéro !
Ménage non fait dans le chalet a notre arrivée (toiles d'araignée et poussière un peu partout).
J'aurai aimé plus d'échanges avec les gérants et au moins une animation festive dans la semaine. Ambiance un peu tristounette...

Climatisation très appréciable en période canicule. Douche parfaite dans notre salle de bain. Lits confortables. Terrasse et transats appréciable également.
Chalet pas propre a notre arrivée (beaucoup de toiles d'araignée et de poussière). Équipements un peu vétustes, un peu de déco aurait rendu le châlet plus chaleureux.
