The site needed tidying up. Excessive branches & tree debris on pitch. Some areas looked abandoned.
On our 1st night a man in the bar was urinating in the garden area outside the bar.

Showers / toilets not kept clean and dated
Washing area dated
One washing machine not enough for a site that size
Rules at the pool but noone took any notice and people swimming after it closed, dive bombing during the day when the pool was full.

Very relaxed campsite, children can be very independent in a lovely environment. Age range 5 years to 16 years and they all had a great time. Staff very friendly and helpful in a very relaxed way.

Nous avons aimé les infrastructures le mobilhome , la piscine et tobbogan.
Nous pensons que la qualité du restaurant et snack peuvent etre améliorer ainsi que l énergie de l équipe d animation qui fait de son mieux mais certaines activités ne fonctionnent pas ils faut changer je pense.

Camping calme ( grâce à une majorité de familles hollandaises) dans lequel on se sent en sécurité même si tout est ouvert. On apprécie la piscine par cette chaleur, l’ombre et la nouvelle terrasse le soir.
Plusieurs problèmes de canalisations, un seul sanitaire en service et pas d’eau à la douche de la piscine, pas de pédiluve, j’espère que c’est momentané.
Pratique pour ne rien avoir à faire en arrivant et pour cuisiner
Emplacement en pente, frigo très penché et lits 1 place très peu confortables.

De schaal van de camping, activiteiten in de omgeving (Station de Chambon) en de support van het team aldaar. Ook het bijbehorende restaurant heeft een prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het is een rustige camping met goede faciliteiten voor onze dochters (8 & 10 jaar oud). De stacaravans zijn (vrij nieuw) netjes en compleet.
Hoewel wij in een stacaravan verbleven met eigen sanitair hoorden we veel klachten over de sanitaire voorzieningen op de staplaatsen. Het bijbehorende winkeltje is te beperkt, hier kan meer uit gehaald worden met wat extra moeite. Gelukkig is er een grote Intermarche supermarkt op 10 min rijden. Ik kreeg het gevoel dat de camping 1-2 jaar geleden is overgenomen en het team aldaar bezig is met vernieuwingen. Er zit nog wel wat meer potentie in

Camping ombragé avec de grands emplacements, on respire. Équipe très pro et très sympathique. Séjour au calme au fin fond de la campagne, près d'un cours d'eau et près de la forêt.

Notre bungalow était bien situé sous un arbre. Camping calme et bien entretenu. Climatisation très appréciée avec ses fortes chaleur. Personnel sympathique. Espace jeux très apprécié par ma fille.
Il faut mettre en marche le pédiluve et la douche à la piscine. Et mettre plus de siège et bain de soleil autour de la piscine.

Vacances réussies avec notre petit fils.

Face à la canicule très présente durant notre séjour, le mobile home climatisé et la piscine ont sauvé nos vacances surtout avec la présence d'un enfant.
Encore plus d'endroits abrités contre la chaleur et tout de même en plein air.
Plutôt fonctionnel. Au niveau vaiselle un peu insuffisant. Il a fallu réclamer un saladier et une carafe car absent au départ du séjour.
La climatisation n'est pas isolée au niveau du bruit donc obligation de couper la nuit pour pouvoir dormir. Avec un classement 4 étoiles, on aurait pu s'attendre à un standing et un confort un peu plus élevé d'où les notes un peu mitigées.

Fijne ruime stacaravan op een heerlijk beschutte plek dichtbij het zwembad.
De airco was heerlijk met 2 weken zeer warm weer
Dat de stort al van het toilet steeds kapot ging. Nadat ze 2x zojn komen kijken hebben we het maar handmatig doorgetrokken in de stortbak. De 3e keer reageerde er weer niemand op de app hierover en hebben we het maar gelaten.

Beaucoup d'arbres, calme au alentour du camping, piscine jolie, activités diverses comprises.
Je recommande le Ménage fait avant l'arrivée en tente par les locataires. Allumer frigo.
Utilités présentés sans avoir à monter notre tente...
Il y avait des mouchoirs sales, mouches et feuilles sur les matelas à notre arrivée. Le frigo était débranché donc as mis plusieurs heures avant de fonctionner. Manquait de la vaisselle. Notamment une casserole à taille autre que petite.
Lovely site and reception area, bar etc. friendly helpful staff.Nice pool.
Considering 4 star, toilets/ showers need modernising and only one of the blocks was working. Comparatively expensive for us, just with cycles and a small tent
