We weren’t happy with the pitch we were given so we asked to be moved. They put us on another pitch but then had to move again as that was booked. This was dealt with very well and we were very happy with the pitch we actually stayed on. Very friendly helpful British lady staff helped us.

Camping très bien équipé idéalement situé en accès direct au lac .Les enfants ont aimé le club et l'équipe d animations.
Bon séjour 👍😊
La moitié des Wc des sanitaires étaient fermés.Les douches sont parfois chaudes parfois froides et les sanitaires ne sont pas nettoyés assez régulièrement ou correctement.
Nous avons appelé l'accueil lors de notre séjour pour transmettre un message au club enfant pour dire de laisser sortir nos enfants puisque nous étions en retard pour les reprendre. Il n'y a eu aucune transmission les animateurs ont donc perdu du temps à nous attendre. Heureusement que ce n'était pas quelque chose de grave que nous voulions transmettre.
Le terrain de foot n'est pas clôturé et dangereux.

La « plage » qui n’en est pas une mais plutôt une friche qui pourrait être incroyable si elle était réhabilitée.
Le prix du pain au vu de sa qualité ! 1,60€ pour une baguette surgelée !!! Pourquoi ne pas vous associer avec la boulangerie de Canet de salars qui fait un excellent pain à un prix plus que raisonnable ?

Emplacement en plein soleil avec un bébé de 8 mois alors qu'on demandait un emplacement à l'ombre.
On nous dit pas de dispo dans le camping alors que plus de 20 emplacements dispo.
Un sanitaire condamné pour 24h à cause de guêpes. Inadmissible quand on a un bébé et des enfants qui se sont faits piques
Et là on apprend qu'on nous rembourse pas le 2e emplacement alors qu'on a demandé légitimement à changer car trop de soleil avec bébé de 8 mois. Foutage de tête pour ce camping
Les sanitaires traiter les guêpes avant
Tenir compte des demandes des usagers exemple ombrager
Ne pas se foutre de la tête des gens quand on dit qu'il n'y a pas de places alors que le camping est bien loin d'être plein.

Notre mobil home était bien.. dommage qu'il soit placé loin du lac et des activités proposées par le camping. Nous étions proche d'une route non goudronnée donc beaucoup de poussières. Les piscines sont très bien ... dommage que des vacanciers s'approprient les transats en y mettant seulement leurs serviettes ....L'absence d'aménagement de plage ne permet pas l'accès au lac pour s'y baigner ou tout simplement s'amuser
Prévoir une horloge dans l'enceinte des piscines
Nous avons subi des déjections canines au pourtour de notre mobil home. Il conviendrait de demander aux propriétaires de chiens de les tenir en laisse et de ramasser leurs déjections
Les produits proposés par l'épicerie ne sont pas siffisants (absence de riz, de laitage, ...)

Mobil home conforme au descriptif
A notre arrivée, nous avons signalé 2 points en réponse à votre demande... Aucune suite. .. les points étaient: terrasse non nettoyée (table et chaises très sales !!! poussière de la route ?) et fenêtre côté salon qui ne s'ouvraient pas. Suite à l'absence d'eau pendant au moins 4 h le dimanche 5 juillet, du personnel est venu nous voir pour nous proposer un autre hébergement et nous informer que nous serions rembourser d'une nuit !!!!! aucune suite
Manque de la vaisselle notamment des tasses à thé et des récipients pour faire des salades.
Il conviendrait de prévoir une cafetière à dosettes
