We are delighted that you enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the campsite, the pool area, our location close to the beach and water sports facilities, as well as the sea view and comfort of Villa Nine. We have also taken note of your comments regarding the gym equipment and the cleanliness of the terraces and accommodation. These points have been shared with the relevant teams, as the level of cleanliness described does not meet our usual standards. We also regret that the recently painted room could not be used comfortably during your stay. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you and your family again on the Giens Peninsula. Gentile Signora Santoiemma, La ringraziamo per la sua recensione molto dettagliata e per l’ottima valutazione attribuita al nostro campeggio. Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la pulizia dei servizi, la disponibilità del personale alla reception, la tranquillità del campeggio, la sorveglianza notturna e l’ampiezza delle piazzole. La posizione consente effettivamente di raggiungere facilmente Giens, le spiagge circostanti e Hyères, in particolare in bicicletta o con i mezzi pubblici. Prendiamo nota della sua osservazione relativa alla mancanza d’ombra sulla piazzola assegnata. Alcune zone dispongono ancora di alberi giovani, ma la vegetazione continuerà naturalmente a svilupparsi nel tempo. Siamo felici che, nonostante questo aspetto, il vostro soggiorno sia stato piacevole e speriamo di potervi accogliere nuovamente in occasione di una futura visita sulla Presqu’île de Giens. We are delighted that you enjoyed our seaside location, the services available nearby, the friendliness of our team and your beginner wingfoil course. We are also pleased that the Twice mobile home met your needs despite its compact size, particularly regarding its equipment, comfort, air conditioning and terrace. Regarding bed linen, guests may bring their own or rent it as an optional extra. We take note of your comment and will review how this information is presented to make it even clearer before arrival. Thank you also for your helpful suggestions concerning mosquito screens and sound insulation. We will pass them on to the relevant department. Grazie per il suo commento. Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la natura, la pulizia, la tranquillità del campeggio e la sua posizione vicino al mare. Per quanto riguarda l’animazione, il Camping International & Spa non si presenta come un campeggio con numerose attività o serate rumorose. La nostra struttura è situata in un ambiente tranquillo, vicino ad abitazioni, e desideriamo rispettare sia il riposo dei nostri ospiti sia quello dei nostri vicini. La nostra offerta è quindi maggiormente orientata alla tranquillità, alla natura e alle attività sportive, in particolare agli sport nautici e alle immersioni subacquee. Durante l’estate proponiamo comunque alcune attività per bambini e serate a tema, ma volutamente in numero limitato. Prendiamo nota anche della sua osservazione sugli orari della reception e sui prezzi del minimarket. Grazie per aver condiviso la sua esperienza. Camping International & Spa

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la propreté de votre mobil-home, le calme et l’environnement arboré du camping, la piscine adaptée aux jeunes enfants ainsi que la disponibilité et les conseils de notre équipe d’accueil. Nous sommes également heureux de lire que votre hébergement vous a pleinement donné satisfaction. Concernant la laverie, l’une de nos deux machines a effectivement rencontré une panne ponctuelle durant votre séjour. Nos techniciens sont intervenus très rapidement afin de la remettre en service. La seconde machine restait toutefois disponible pendant cette période, même si nous comprenons qu’elle ait pu être davantage sollicitée. Merci encore pour votre séjour et pour vos compliments. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau au Camping International & Spa.

Giovanni, Grazie mille per il suo commento molto positivo. Siamo lieti che il campeggio abbia pienamente soddisfatto le sue aspettative e che abbia apprezzato la tranquillità, l’ambiente ombreggiato, la vicinanza alla spiaggia, l’accoglienza del nostro personale e i servizi disponibili in loco. Siamo inoltre felici che la casa mobile Créole sia stata di suo gradimento per gli spazi, la modernità, il comfort e le dotazioni. Dobbiamo tuttavia ammettere di essere un po’ sorpresi dal punteggio complessivo assegnato, che appare piuttosto basso rispetto ai numerosi aspetti positivi indicati nel commento e ai voti dettagliati attribuiti alle diverse prestazioni. Per quanto riguarda il numero di docce e la presenza di una lavatrice, queste dotazioni non sono previste nella categoria Créole prenotata. Per disporre di due bagni con doccia e di una lavatrice privata, sarebbe stato più adatto scegliere la nostra categoria Bora Bora, che offre proprio questi servizi aggiuntivi. Grazie ancora per il soggiorno e per i suoi complimenti. Speriamo di avere il piacere di accoglierla nuovamente nella penisola di Giens. Camping International & Spa.
