We hebben 2 fantastisch rustgevende weken gehad, vriendelijke ontvangst, als er een probleem was, werd er onmiddellijk ingegrepen, genoten van de rust van de Dordogne, de natuur in een nette stacaravan. Na de derde dag ging ook de bar open, aten we heerlijke pizza, burgers, slaatjes en pannenkoeken. We konden dan ook brood bestellen, maar de winkel is op amper 10 min rijden. We kregen tips voor leuke uitstapjes, genoten van het zwembad. Dit is zonder redder, maar het barpersoneel houdt een oogje in het zeil. Wij willen terugkomen! Wie een camping zoekt: kies deze!

Ook bedankt voor uw complimenten over het team, onze stacaravan en de bar met zijn specialiteiten (de pizza's en crêpes waren blijkbaar een groot succes!). Daarnaast waarderen we het enorm dat u de snelle service van ons personeel bij het zwembad heeft opgemerkt en begrip toonde voor de kleine ongemakken die de bomen op ons terrein met zich meebrengen: leven midden in de natuur heeft veel charme, maar vereist inderdaad voortdurende aandacht!

Netjes en proper, het terrasmeubilair had wat plekjes, maar dat is aan de bomen rondom te wijten, daar kan het personeel niets aan doen. Groot genoeg, voldoende opbergruimte.

Séjour très agréable , un cadre magnifique très bien entretenu et très ombragé en bord de Dordogne ou nous avons installe notre camping car au bord de l'eau.Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très à l'écoute des vacanciers et très sympathiques.Une cuisine très appétissante et généreuse..Beaucoup d'animations en journée gratuites et le soir aussi ,des activités matin et après midi pour enfants et adultes . ...et proches de beaux sites du Périgord à visiter...

Nous ne sommes restés que 3 jours sur 7, trop bruyant pour nous et impossible de pêcher, les berges sont a 3 mètres au dessus de l'eau.

Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour parmi nous n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et que vous ayez choisi de l'écourter.
Permettez-moi toutefois d'apporter quelques précisions importantes concernant les désagréments que vous mentionnez :
Le niveau de la Dordogne et la pêche : Vous êtes arrivés en pleine période de canicule intense qui sévit alors depuis deux mois. Cette sécheresse exceptionnelle a considérablement fait baisser le niveau de la rivière. C'est une situation climatique tout à fait indépendante de notre volonté.
Le bruit : Votre arrivée a coïncidé avec le vendredi 10 juillet. Dès le lendemain, le samedi 11 juillet, nous avons eu l'immense honneur de voir passer le Tour de France juste devant le camping ! Si cet événement est une grande fête populaire, il engendre obligatoirement une animation exceptionnelle (passage de la caravane publicitaire, hélicoptères, spectateurs). Le calme habituel de notre camping a donc été bousculé pendant 24 heures par ce moment historique.
La taille de l'emplacement : Vous avez pourtant bénéficié d'un de nos emplacements standards qui font environ 100 m², une superficie généralement très appréciée de nos campeurs pour son confort et son espace.
Sachez que l'équipe des Bo-Bains met un point d'honneur à offrir un cadre agréable et paisible le reste de l'année. Nous regrettons que ces circonstances exceptionnelles et climatiques aient entaché vos vacances.
Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation pour vos futurs séjours.

Quel plaisir de lire que vous avez trouvé l’emplacement, notre équipe, la piscine et l’ambiance générale « supers ». Toute l’équipe se joint à moi pour vous remercier chaleureusement ; c’est exactement cet esprit de convivialité et de détente que nous aimons cultiver ici, à Badefols-sur-Dordogne.
Nous prenons également bonne note de vos retours concernant l’équipement. Pour les condiments (sel, poivre, huile), nous ne pouvons pas laisser de produits ouverts d'un séjour à l'autre pour des raisons d'hygiène, mais je comprends parfaitement que cela facilite l'installation.
Cependant, pour le reste, j'ai une bonne nouvelle : nous tenons à disposition des grille-pains et des bouilloires à la réception pour tous nos vacanciers qui souhaitent en profiter. Top Stellplatz an der Dordogne

Toller Platz, schöner Pool und eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Inhaberin, die uns bei Problemen mit unserem Rad geholfen hat und uns ein sehr sehr gutes Restaurant in der Näheempfohlen hat.
Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Es ist eine große Freude zu lesen, dass Sie einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt bei uns hatten. Wir freuen uns, dass unsere privilegierte Lage direkt am Ufer der Dordogne, das Schwimmbad und unsere gastronomischen Tipps zum Erfolg Ihres Urlaubs beigetragen haben.
Was das Biken betrifft, ist es ganz natürlich! Für uns, der Geist des Campingplatzes, bedeutet in erster Linie gegenseitige Hilfe und Geselligkeit.
Bezüglich der Sanitäranlagen: Wir freuen uns, dass Sie die Sauberkeit hervorgehoben haben, die unsere oberste Priorität bleibt. Wir nehmen Ihre Bemerkung über ihre etwas "vintage" Seite zur Kenntnis. Die Modernisierung unserer Infrastruktur ist genau ein Teil unserer Projekte, um Ihren Komfort weiter zu verbessern und gleichzeitig den authentischen Charme der Anlage zu bewahren.

Je suis ravie de lire que vous avez pu profiter de la détente, du calme et de l'atmosphère paisible qui caractérisent si bien notre beau domaine en bord de Dordogne. C'est exactement l'expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos résidents pour se ressourcer.
Un grand merci également pour vos retours sur l'hébergement. Notre équipe accorde une importance toute particulière à la propreté et à l'aménagement de nos locatifs pour que vous vous sentiez tout de suite chez vous dès votre arrivée.
Note concernant la literie : Je prends bien note de votre remarque concernant le matelas que vous avez trouvé trop dur. votre avis est précieux ! Sachez que pour un prochain séjour, il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à le signaler à l'accueil : si notre planning le permet, nous faisons toujours notre maximum pour trouver une solution ou ajuster votre confort.

nous n'avons pas eu de chance car il n'ai pas fais beau mais c'est de la faute à personnne

lieu très propre agréable
si je peux me permettre dans le chalet il manqué une petite bouilloire car pour le thé chauffer l'eau au micro onde c'est pas top c'est un petit détail.
