Our Camping Tikayan Les Cigales is located in the heart of Provence near the village of Le Muy, between the Massif des Maures and the Massif de l'Esterel. 20 km from the sea, we offer rentals of air-conditioned chalets and mobile homes for 2 to 10 people. Take advantage of our unique aquatic area in the Var of 16,000m2 which has 9 pools, and has giant slides (4 tracks of 35 meters and 1 track of 75 meters in a loop) which descend from a Mayan pyramid, a waterfall watering a lagoon of 400 m² as well as a paddling pool, a traditional swimming pool, a spa pool and 1 bubble pool with 40 places, a fast-flowing river of 120 meters and our Aquatic Garden for the happiness of the little ones: two paddling pools with games of children (depth from 15 to 30 cm). Several pools in the water park are heated depending on the season. The Thalgo wellness center offers massages, body and face treatments, nails, and a fitness room, for holidays placed under the sign of relaxation. Our Camping Les Cigales offers many sports and leisure facilities: multi-sports ground, tennis court, several children's play areas and boules pitches. For the happiness of your family, our entertainment team offers a children's club in in the spring and summer vacations, sports tournaments for teenagers and adults, and animated evenings. On the services side, the campsite has a restaurant area, a grocery shop and a laundry.

We hadden een vakantie gewonnen. Jammer genoeg is daar verder geen aandacht aan besteed bij aankomst. Zou leuk zijn geweest..
Ook hadden we gevraagd om een iets groter huisje, als je dan toch de prijs hebt gewonnen.
Maar daar werd jammer genoeg ook niet op ingegaan.
Toen we op het park waren, was en nog genoeg vrij. Jammer, was mooie reclame voor jullie geweest

Great pool area, nice staff, good security. Pool rules were generally enforced which gave a nice and orderly experience. All areas were clean. Bungalows were as expected, clean and modern.
The food in the restaurant needs some improvement. More activities for the youths would be appreciated so they can get to know each other.

Peu mieux faire pour un 5 étoiles

L'espace aquatique composé de plusieurs piscines est un gros plus. C'est ce qui nous a fait choisir ce camping à la base et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Nous avons également particulièrement apprécié la climatisation dans le mobilhome.
Hormis la climatisation, le mobilhome était certes spacieux mais assez spartiate en terme d'ameublement et déjà vieillissant. Quand on regarde en détail, l'infrastructure semble vieillissante. Un toboggan est resté fermé une partie de la semaine et des bandes de signalisation barraient certaines zones des piscines.

Toboggans et piscines.
Dès notre arrivée nous avons constaté que notre mobil home était sale : poils , poussières , araignée, vaisselles sales , cafetière qui ne fonctionnait pas . Déchets à proximité de notre mobil homme ( assiette- emballage - serviette- personne n’est venu les ramasser . Tout avait été signalé mais rien a été fait . Animation correcte sauf le dernier soir la pool party à débuté 45 minutes après l’heure prévue car aucuns animateurs n’étaient présents en avance pour préparer. Ils sont arrivés à 20h50. Ma fille avait une prescription de notre médecin pr porter un teeshirt anti uv qui à été refusé

pour un mobil home prémium ce n'est pas ce que j'attendais
mettre des tapis de salle de bains, nous avons utilisés nos serviettes pour mettre à terre
couvercle pour le micro ondes cela éviterait les éclaboussures

nous n'avons pas eu de chaises longues alors qu'en premium on y droit, problème de douche résolu qu'au bout de 3 jours le matelas du petit lit est à changé...( mal au dos).

J'ai été dessus du camping. Notre mobil-home avait plusieurs soucis : plus de palmes a la climatisation pas de prise dans la cuisine douche système pour tenir le paumo cassé vaisselles Sale (a notre départ nous avons lave que se que nous avons utilisé). Je pense qu'il manque un vrai regarde avant l'arrivé des campeurs. Et la piscine. Non pas ravie de mon experience . Et surtout pour le prix trop cher a mon avis.
Je n recommande pas.

La + : le parc aquatique
Le - : côté multisport laissé complètements à l’abandon : juste 2 terrains de petange et dans un état lamentable. Terrain de beach volley à la limite de l’eau (on a passé notre temps à essayer de le récupérer dans la rivière).
Je trouve également dommage de faire payer l’entrée à la salle de muscu. Je pense que nous payons assez cher pour que cela soit inclus comme ça se fait dans bcp d’autres camping. .
Proposer la salle de muscu compris dans le prix du camping.
Surtout arranger l’espace sport (pétanque et volley).

Les soirées zéro, les jeux pour enfants, ainsi que le terrain de pétanque trop loin, le Restaurant, zéro pas de chaise bébé. terrain autour du mobilehome non sécurisé pour les enfants, ça descend direct dans le vide.
Décevant : dans le cadre de du rassemblement de Zanatany chaque année et de pire en pire
La location : j'avais demandé en prenant l'option VIP avec accès PMR on nous a mis dans un endroit où il fallait crapahuter en ronces et monter impossible pour moi qui suis handicapé.
Nous avons tous de même réussi à avoir d'autres bungalows soirée très Décevante animations et sons médiocre organisation à revoir.

L'espace aquatique malgré les fermetures des toboggans des jets et des bulles dans le jacuzzi entre 12h et 14h jamais vue ça dans un camping
Le service et l'amabilité du restaurant ainsi que les horaires d'ouverture a part être ouvert le midi et le soir le reste de la journée fermé alors que c'est le seul point de rassemblement, l'espace jeux sport pétanque ect... Beaucoup trop loin quand on est a l'autre bout du camping donc on en a pas profité du tout et l'ouverture entre 12h et 14h des espaces piscines

Uniquement l’espace aquatique sinon bof !!
De faux maîtres-nageurs, aucun diplômé, juste des personnes qui ne garantissent pas votre sécurité mais qui font appliquer le règlement, et encore!
Idem avec les animateurs…. Aucune qualification dans l’animation sportive et l’animation tout court.
Cette semaine c’était un peu Bobigny plage…des birkinis et j’en passe, des motocross toute la journée…..les frères d’Hamza à la sécurité !!
