les terrasses mal entretenues envahies par les mauvaises herbes, chaises de terrasses commencent a rouiller porte de douche pas de niveau obligé de forcer pour fermer joint du frigo abimé et n adhére plus ,mauvais fonctionement de la cafetiere obligé de faire chauffer l eau a la casserole

Espace jeu et city vraiment bien pour les enfants
Equipe du camping très disponible et chaleureuse
Le nettoyage de la piscine intérieur et les rebords, intérieur de la piscine nettoyé mais par contre par les abords de ce fait la piscine est vite sale dommage.Tout comme les petits bassins aucun nettoyage

Pour aller de la terrasse au jeu il faudrait rajouter une petite corde pour descendre car assez dangereux pour les jeunes enfants

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au camping, le lac des oiseaux. On voit que des efforts sont faits pour l’entretien et la rénovation des lieux. Ce qui est très appréciable. Le cadre est agréable et le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. L’espace aquatique a été très apprécié par tous
La restauration: les plats sont convenables, mais rien d’exceptionnel, une carte un peu plus originale ou soigné pourrait vraiment faire la différence.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé et c'est une très belle région.
Je pense qu'au niveau entretien du terrain, ce n'est pas top. Des branches cassé sur les mobilhome et le gazon pas tondu. C'est dommage.

Malheureusement nous ne louons pas de mobil-home confort avec la tv, c'est une option payante, et offerte dans les gammes premium, de même que les draps et le ménage de fin de séjour.
Nous vous avons offert de bonne foi cette option, sans que vous nous ayez apporté la preuve d'une quelconque erreur.

Parle on en de notre hébergement. Car j'ai bien réservé un mobilhome confort avec la télévision. Seulement à notre arrivée pas de télé.
Si le gérant ne c'est pas avec qui il travaille, il faut qu'il change de travail. Car il m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible. Je lui ai répondu que c'est ce que je regarde quand je réserve, si il y a bien la télé.

agencement du mobil-home, micro onde dans un placard du bas presque sous l'évier il faut se mettre a genoux pour s'en servir !! et aussi on aurait bien apprécier une climatisation 33 degrés le soir dans le mobil-home on préfère dormir dehors, au capfun allégres-les-fumades ou nous étions la semaine d'avant ils étaient tous équipés

Nous avons aimé l'accueil dans une ambiance familiale, les emplacements spacieux et ombragés, la proximité du lac sans route à traverser, le silence permanent, la piscine couverte bien chaude en ce mois de mai, les nombreuses visites faites à vélo tous les jours ( Saint Cirq la Popie, Villeneuve, Villefranche de Rouergues, Martiel, Loc Dieu...), le restaurant excellent !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, le camping est très agréable, familial, le personnel adorable et sympathique, et la mini ferme et le partage autour des animaux ont été un plus pour nos enfants. La tranquilité de l'endroit, le bord du lac nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre repos et nos vacances. Tellement de belles choses à voir autour, et pas assez de temps pour tout découvrir,qu'il ne serait pas impossible que l'on revienne dans le coin 😉 Merci à Ludovic et son équipe pour leur gentillesse et nous avoir permis de passer un bon séjour (10 jours) qui nous a semblé trop court.
Une odeur d'égout que nous avons eu certains jours sous notre terrasse.
