Sehr geehrter Herr WULLE, wir bedanken uns herzlich, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Meinung mit uns zu teilen, und freuen uns, dass Ihnen die Ruhe des Campingplatzes, die großzügigen Stellplätze sowie die Qualität unseres Restaurants und unserer Sanitäranlagen gefallen haben. Zu Ihren Anmerkungen zum Sanitärgebäude und zu den Stellplätzen möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison stattfand, in der die Besucherzahlen deutlich geringer sind. In der Hochsaison werden zusätzliche Einrichtungen geöffnet, um der höheren Zahl von Urlaubern gerecht zu werden. Wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkungen zum Zustand des Bodens und zum Eingang des Sanitärgebäudes jedoch zur Kenntnis: Für die kommenden Saisons sind bereits Verbesserungen geplant, um unseren Besuchern noch mehr Komfort zu bieten. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt oder auf einem unserer Campingplätze der Seasonova-Gruppe wieder begrüßen zu dürfen. Hello Hans, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We are saddened to read that your stay did not go as you had hoped. We know that our pitches are not level, but unfortunately we are dependent on the weather, which makes the ground very unstable and destroys it as soon as it dries out. The outdoor pool is no longer in use as it no longer meets standards. But we hope to be able to reopen it very soon. We do have an indoor pool instead. We still hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again at one of the Seasonvoa campsites for new adventures.
