We weren’t happy with the pitch we were given so we asked to be moved. They put us on another pitch but then had to move again as that was booked. This was dealt with very well and we were very happy with the pitch we actually stayed on. Very friendly helpful British lady staff helped us.

Le camping était bien et très bien situé (lac).
La piscine et les toboggans ont largement été appréciés par les enfants.
Mention spéciale à l’équipe d’animation : dynamique, souriante et très professionnelle ! Les activités proposées étaient variées et adaptées à tous les âges, avec une ambiance conviviale chaque jour.
L’équipe de réception mérite également d’être saluée : accueillante, disponible et de très bon conseil tout au long du séjour.
En revanche, nous avons été déçus par l’état des sanitaires : souvent sales et mal entretenus, ce qui est regrettable pour un lieu censé accueillir des vacanciers dans de bonnes conditions. Dommage, car avec un peu plus d’attention à l’hygiène, l’expérience aurait été bien meilleure.
De plus, notre passage au bar et au restaurant a été peu agréable : le personnel s’est montré peu serviable et parfois peu poli.
Manque d'éclairage le soir.

La piscine chauffée ne fonctionnait pas, le mobil-home plein de poussière, poils d'animaux, la literie de très mauvaise qualité matelas en ressort qu'on sent dans le dos. Chauffe eau instantané soit tu te brules soit tu te gèle. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres la nuit a 8 degrés il fait trop froid même avec le chauffage allumé dans la pièce principale.

Camping agréable dans un beau cadre : lac, verdure, bien ombragé. Accueil avec le sourire, bon accueil également au bar et avec le bel accent de l'Aveyron. Les pizzas sont énormes et très bonnes, burgers très bons aussi. Dommage que les abords du lac ne soient pas aménagés, je suis sûre que ce serait un plus pour votre camping.
Il manque une raclette pour la paroi de la douche et un tapis au sol à l'extérieur de la douche.
