Too crowded and noisy bit of a party campsite
Review of the campsite
Location by the river was beautiful there are some places to buy food nearby that was much better than the campsite food.
They try and fit too many pitches into a small site with not enough bathrooms. They have 218 pitches on the map but fill more spaces than this so more like 250 pitches and only have about 12 toilets, this meant that when we first arrived when it was busy they were horribly dirty and overcrowded. Food at the campsite was not good.

Trees around pitch and down by the river
Being next to a pitch assigned to a group for 20year old boys who partied till 5 or 6am and no one told them to be quiet, although after 2 nights of no sleep I asked how to called security so the 3rd night they partied I did message security and they did make them be quiet

The position right by the Ardeche rive
Large shady pitch
Well-maintained pool
Nice ice-cream and food at the restaurant
Overall friendly staff
Cleanliness of washing/toilet facilities
Children's playground (very little there and almost all broken, disappointing for our 3 year old and should not be included in the list of amenities in its current state).
Poorly stocked shop.
Entrance/exit cramped /awkward when passing another car.

Fantastic stay
Review of the campsite
Lovely site where despite it being full also quiet and peaceful. Great pool area for the kids and the bar in the evening was great. The shop was good and supplied everything that was needed - the fresh bread and breakfast was amazing.

Accommodation was new, clean and in quiet location of campsite (no. 18). Close proximity to the river was main reason for booking campsite. Perfect for dogs. Great snack bar, very reasonably priced food and drinks. Pool and entertainment were average.
Would've been helpful to be given more info on arrival i.e ordering bread/croissants for the following morning, shop opening times, recycling bins, how to operate air conditioning and cleaning/check out procedure- no info in accommodation. Shop should be improved - very poorly stocked and croissants often over-cooked. Campsite's only litter bin by river was overflowing with rubbish - don't think it was emptied the whole 2 weeks we were there! Swimming pool was ok, but not sure when/if it was cleaned and life guard didn't seem to care much about kids running around and being silly on the slides
Modern, clean, good location and generous outdoor space.
we stayed for 2 weeks and thought the bed linen/towels would be changed halfway like other campsites we have previously stayed at. No information given about air conditioning operation, bins/recycling, cleaning/checkout. Very low water pressure in the morning/evening, which meant cold showers most days and sometimes not enough water to operate dishwasher.

Der Campingplatz hat eine gute Lage. Die Poolanlage ist schön und sauber. Der Koch ist sehr ungepflegt und unhygienisch. Die Lodge ist grundsätzlich gut und passend für uns gewesen, jedoch haben wir zwei einzelne Socken von früheren Bewohnern in den Schlafräumen gefunden, es lag viel Staub in den Schlafräumen und im Bad waren Flüssigseife und sonstige Kosmetikartikel zwischen Zeltwand und Waschtisch gelegen.
Sauberkeit in der Lodge. Personal in der Küche auf Standarts hinweisen, Sauberkeit und körperliche Hygiene.
Le mobilhome était neuf, donc très agréable, la plancha un grand plus. Il manque de couverts, ce n'est pas facile d'éplucher des légumes avec un couteau à de table à dent.
La couverture dans la grande chambre n'était pas propre.
Mais dans l'ensemble c'était très bien, nous reviendrons.
