Nous étions ravis de vous accueillir d'ailleurs nous vous avons offert les draps que vous aviez oubliés. Nous aurions souhaité que votre séjour puisse se dérouler entièrement. J'ai été touchée par votre peine, et malgré nos conditions générales de vente (qui vous proposent l'assurance annulation pour palier à tout évènement qui empêcherait le bon déroulement de votre séjour et stipulent qu'aucun remboursement ne sera effectué par notre établissement) je vous ai adressé par courrier un chèque de remboursement partiel et une carte pour vous présenter, par écrit nos sincères condoléances.
Je regrette que ce courrier ne vous soit pas parvenu plus rapidement, mais surveillez votre boite aux lettres ! ;)
