Quick check in and on to pitch A017, large size with all amenities and near to complex and showers so everything close by. Superb pool complex with slides etc although closed for winter the other outdoor pool however was gorgeous and open although not heated. Indoor heated pool and spa complex available at a charge. Well priced and stocked small supermarket and nice bar area both indoors and out. Regular entertainment throughout out 2 week stay.

Unfortunately the pitch area turned to a muddy mess during rain and simply couldn't drain quick enough although the regular storms didn't help. Both Disabled shower units in our block are tired and need attention. Site is absolutely enormous and in the middle of nowhere near to the motorway although road noise wasn't an issue air quality could be affected by the constant traffic. Some form of transport is required if you want to go out and about, absolutely nowhere in walking distance.

We absolutely love it here, great for adults and kids, a well stocked shop and bar and good food in bar and restaurant, lovely well kept grounds and around swimming pools, a indoor spa and pool, toilets and showers are immaculate cleaned at least 3 times a day with disabled toilet and shower biggest I ve been in, great entertainment

Pool. Facilities very good and clean

Guests allowed to make antisocial noise late into the night. Motorbikes racing around the car park. Groups of teenagers making lots of noise very late. Nothing to do apart from the site itself. Nowhere to walk to. Extra charges for simple things like Padel which should be included.

Lovely campsite, lovely pools well stocked shop good size pitches although we could have been located in pitches nearer to to fellow American RVs rather than stuck on the end. Stayed a couple of extra nights over the weekend which was a night mare as lots of families were given pitches around us for the weekend, with loads of teenagers running riot until 2 in the morning which ruined our experience of this campsite ! If we had been in the pitches by the other RVs we wouldn’t have had this hassle

Although our stay was in October the weather was fantastic. But the pool bars weren’t open until later in the afternoon!!! They needed to be open at 10 as the pool was full of people! Opportunity missed! Try & keep the large motorhomes ie 8-12m together on the bigger pitches. Shuttle bus runs to the large cities need to run at weekends from 8am not just week days. Motorcycle hire would be a great idea or car hire from the camp ?

Swimming pools are excellent and create that special resort feeling.

If you are not going to accept cash at the poolside bar, put up a clear sign rather than have customers queue only to discover cash is not accepted.

Always reliably clean, able to choose our pitch,, well-stocked supermarket. Excited to discover reasonably priced Pádel courts.

That the gym complex is only either daily or monthly. Last time we paid for a month even though only staying for a fortnight as cheaper than a daily rate. This time, only staying 3 days so didn’t go.

Pitch lovely, cleanliness of bathrooms was excellent.

Wifi and our data was very poor, had electric outage so fridge didn’t work to full capacity, causing freezer food spoilage.

Fab holiday centre, there was a music event while we were there which was good. Too cold in March for swimming outside and sadly the inside pool was closed for work

The service in the restaurant was poor on the days of the event, not enough staff to serve the level of custom on busy days

Enough lights, quiet at night. Good gym, lovely pool area. Pretty well equipped minimarket.

Very long distance to sanitary block. Not satisfying cleaning, for example there was same dirt on the toilet ring for couple of days, showers had the same hairs on the floor a few days. It is not enough to wipe the sinks and floor daily. There wasn't even soap for a whole day. Hand sanitizers were empty. I was surprised, I find this campsite is profiled as high quality. Even though I could come again.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Stellplätze sind großzügig bemessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Poolanlage ist ein Traum. So etwas habe ich noch nie auf einem Campingplatz gesehen. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut, vor allem stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Im Sanitärhaus eins müssen die Duschköpfe erneut werden, Hier spritzt das Wasser in alle Richtungen und auch auf die eigene und die Garderobe des Nachbarn. An den Spülen zum Geschirrspülen sind auch einige Mängel. An den Toiletten läuft teilweise das Wasser durch.
