Camping Qualité To listen to

Welcome to campsites with the prestigious Camping Qualité label. Campsites with the Camping Qualité label, a benchmark in the camping tourismsector, guarantee a first-class stay. Here, quality becomes a life philosophy, a promise of excellence.

Camping Qualité: a label that stands for reliability

Each campsite with the Camping Qualité label has been carefully selected according to strict standards that stand for excellence. The essential requirement: quality. This principle is anchored in the label's DNA and is reflected in over 250 strict criteria that guarantee comfort and satisfaction to campers.

At Camping Qualité, quality is more than an abstract idea: it is tangible and measurable. Independent inspectors monitor closely and check every detail with the utmost care. For Camping Qualité, quality is only valuable when it is verified and not self-proclaimed.

The campsite managers, driven by the desire for continuous improvement, undergo rigorous audits, from the initial award of the label to regular follow-up audits and mystery shoppers. Each step is an opportunity for the campsites to demonstrate their ongoing commitment to improve.

6 important aspects of the guarantee

Campsite managers awarded the precious label are especially committed to the following 6 points:

• a warm welcome
• impeccable cleanliness of the site
• reliable information
• separated, well-maintained pitches
• a well-preserved natural environment
• an environmentally conscious approach

The partnership with renowned institutions gives the Camping Qualité approach unparalleled reliability, unlike conventional methods where professionals assess themselves. Professionals and holidaymakers come together with the 'Fédération des Campeurs, Caravaniers et Camping-Caristes' a federation of campers and caravan enthusiasts and the 'Fédération Nationale de l'Hôtellerie de Plein Air' the French federation of the camping industry, to work towards a common goal: excellence.

While consumers' ratings are valuable, they are subject to  individual experiences and expectations. The Camping Qualité label on the other hand is the result of careful considerations and rigorous checks and remains a reliable compass that guides the actions of campsites with the label towards excellence every day.

At Camping Qualité, quality is not just a standard, it is the organisation's raison d'être. Discover an unparalleled experience when staying at a campsite with the Camping Qualité label, where every moment is marked by excellence!
