In the south of France, with the foot of the sites of the 'Col du Tourmalet' (Turn of France),'Cirque de Gavarnie' (UNESCO) and Lourdes you will find a convivial camp-site, with quality-label, raised, quite flat, apart from the road traffic with recent equipment, for campers liking space and peace. Near the footpaths, we will advise you on the ballades and the multitudes of lakes to be discovered, in the national park of the Pyrenees, in the car or with foot. On leaving Lourdes follow the road which twists and turns between moutains and valleys up to the « pays Toy », the « valley of light ». Like the points of a star the roads branch out from Luz towards the valleys of Barèges and Gavarnie. The ski stations of Barèges, Gavarnie and Luz Ardiden offer quality skiing slopes, there are also legendary sites to visit such as the Tourmalet, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre (from which one can explore the stars) and the « cirques »,of Gavarnie, Estaubé and Troumouse which form the frontier between France and Spain.

Located 10 minutes walk from the Sanctuaries, the Sites et Paysages la Forêt campsite has been the meeting place for campers in Lourdes for 65 years. A charming and authentic campsite, La Forêt campsite is located in a 4.5 hectare park with a stream and direct access to the river. Its Sheepfold, its heated swimming pool with a panoramic view give it a unique and natural charm. The campsite offers a wide range of rentals / Cottages, Lodges, Chalets and Perched Huts. Motorhomes, tent campers or caravanners will appreciate one of 98 pitches, the view of the surrounding mountains and the shade of ancient trees. The campsite has Monlôo the comforts expected from a four star stay in the mountains. In cottage, MOBIL, motorhome, caravan or Canada, you will find our generous and shaded, modern facilities and warm atmosphere. New this year, the site expands to offer an additional 24 seats (20 pitches and four chalets). Furthermore, we realize a new swimming area in this part, for camping clients.

The Rio Vero campsite is a small family-run establishment that offers close and personalized treatment. The campsite managers, Alberto and Dorothée, will do their best to make you feel at home. Thanks to their knowledge of the area, they will help you make the most of your holiday in the Sierra de Guara.The campsite has a strategic location, it is located in the middle of nature, between rivers and canyons of the Sierra de Guara, it is just 4 km by car from the town of Alquézar, known for its restaurants and its offer of cultural and sports activities.The plots are spacious and accessible for large vehicles, offering some shaded, semi-shaded and other sunny areas that satisfy different preferences.In addition, they have a playground for the little ones to enjoy. Free wifi is available in the bar-restaurant area and in the first part of the campsite.Enjoy preparing food on the shared barbecue for an outdoor dinner with family or friends. After a day of hiking or canyoning, recharge your batteries in the bar-restaurant that serves traditional meals and homemade desserts as well as a variety of mixed dishes and our famous "Paella", craft beers and Somontano wines. Additionally, there are many local hiking, mountain biking and cycling routes. It is possible to rent mountain or electric bikes in Colungo or Adahuesca to venture through the Sierra.

Children’s playground, table tennis, petanque, volleyball and badminton grounds. Take-away bar opens daily on high season and during specific hours on low season. Several services are provided by the campsite including grocery store, bakery, laundry and free secured wifi acces. Fun activities are also offered on high season, as well as a welcome toast from the valley’s tourism professionals. Mobile homes with 1 to 3 comfortable rooms are available for rent.
