Our camp-site is situated on 100 acres of spacious wooded parkland, where you can really enjoy a quiet rural holiday. The lake has a large sandy beach and is the centre of your holiday. Our excellent accommmodation on-site blend in perfectly to this natural environment. You have all the outdoor activities on hand to discover this peaceful rural retreat, situated between the Auvergne and Aquitaine. Not only that, the area is full of history and other sites of interest to visit : the fortess at Castenau, the castle at Montal, Sarlat, Argentat, Beaulieu and the Gouffre de Padirac o name just a few .

On the banks of the river Gardon, le Domaine des Gorges du Gardon offers Mobile-home and pitch rentals for a peaceful and shaded holiday. The famous _Pont du Gard_ is at walking distance via the GR6 (2.2km). MUST DO: canoeing from the camping to the Pont du Gard 3 km below! The campsite waterpark consists of 2 heated swimmingpools, 2 waterslides and 1 paddling pool with a waterslide for small children. The campsite is at the crossroads of the most beautiful tourist destinations in the region such as Nîmes (25km), Avignon (25km) and Uzès (10km). In the North the Ardeche you can practice hiking and canoeing. In the South you have the Camargue with its white horses, black bulls and pink flamingos. And the sea is only a 1 hour drive away!
