Nice site with everything you need. Ideally suited for walk along cliffs to Etritat. Staff very helpful and fidhand chips great

Green site with hedges etc

No hot water! I know this couldn’t be helped due to a problem but no partial refund was offered. €44 for cold showers is a rip-off

Bonjour Christian, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Nous sommes heureux de lire que vous avez apprécié notre belle région ainsi que l’accueil qui vous a été réservé. Concernant la panne d’eau chaude, nous vous présentons nos excuses si cela a impacté la fin de votre séjour. Tous les clients concernés ont été informés à l’avance, et des alternatives ont été proposées : Accès au bloc Premium ou à un mobil-home équipé, avec remise des clés à l’accueil. Nous regrettons sincèrement si cela n’a pas été suffisant. Quant à l’état de votre emplacement, la météo très instable de cette fin d’été a en effet rendu certains terrains plus humides que d’ordinaire. Nous en sommes conscients, et redoublons d’efforts pour renforcer le confort de tous nos emplacements. Nous espérons que vous garderez malgré tout de bons souvenirs de votre passage chez nous, et que nous aurons l’occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.
