We are on holiday with my wife
It’s a shame the lake level is low and it’s not possible to get into the water from the bea

Thank you so much for your appreciation of the structure. Unfortunately, the water level is not optimal at this time. In the coming years, the lake will be filled with water from the Montedoglio dam. We hope this will solve the problem. Unfortunately, the water crisis affects many other lakes and rivers due to climate change.

A very pleasant stay. A good base for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. Great pool (busy on weekends) but quiet and spacious during the week. The mobile home was clean and adequate. The owners and staff are clearly very committed. They go to great lengths to make you feel comfortable.
The condition of the lake and beach was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, there was a significant loss of water, which meant no swimming or general enjoyment of the beach. This isn't the fault of the staff, but rather a lack of information about this.

Thank you for your appreciation. Lake Trasimeno offers stunning views regardless of the water level. It is certainly not particularly suitable for swimming and water sports at this time of year, but a refill program using the Montedoglio dam gives us confidence that the problem of stabilizing the water level will be resolved in the coming years
Accommodation review - Mobile-home Classic
Most of it was fine. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was good, and the kitchen and terrace were okay.
The gas stove won't ignite on two burners (no spark, and matches can't be used). There's a slight musty smell (a scented candle will do the trick).

Wonderfull washroom facilities

Was able to Choose our own pitch , great walk for dog , wonderful washroom facilities , large selection of food and drink in the shop,
Slight mixup with electric, lady on reception came to our pitch , pulled out our electric plug ( know warning ) played with a few things then put it back in . Very concerning .

A pier into the lake to enable access for swimmers into the deeper water.
Food in the restaurant could be better. My tuna Was overcooked but the steak was delicious.

Great place!
Review of the campsite
This year we discovered campings of France with their very high level and we're struggling to find the similar level here, in Italy, but Badiaccia became the first place that amazed us and we will definitely come back. Even if the lake is not the place to swim in, but it still offers a beautiful scenery to relax. The infrastructure and the pool are very good, so are the restaurant with the bar, and a small shop. The surroundings are beautiful with much to explore.
We had a great place in fron of the lake beach, somewhat noisy in the evening, but when the weekends end and most people leave the camp, it is absolutely quiet and peaceful!

The lovely shadow at the pitch was great. De pitch was big so lovely we have enough space. We stayed with our big tent and it’s fits perfectly.
The trees had some roots above the ground. This is not pleasant for our tent. The herrings went into the ground with difficulty as a result.

Super personeel vooral chiara en vennessa
Auto's op de campingplaatsen werden vroeger naar parkeerplaats gestuurd.
Onderhoud, alles wat 2023 kapot/slecht was ,was nu 2024 nog steeds kapot of slecht , graag onderhoud plegen in de rustige periode
Jammer genoeg de plek die we gereserveerd hadden konden we niet op staan omdat de achterburen ook op die plek stonden.
Nu verhuisd plek 244 alleen als je daar staat moet de bbq plaats gesloten worden erg gevaarlijk met een tent ernaast.
