There was clearly a hornets' nest very close to our pitch cutting short our alfresco supper as one was buzzing around under the top of our sun canopy. The next night they're was another hornet flying close to the washing up area and another on the glass door of the toilet block. We reported this to reception next day who said they were aware of it but they didn't know where it was, which we didn't think was helpful and we think they had a duty to call in experts to pinpoint this as this was a serious danger to clients, especially with so many children on site at the time.

Pitch size.
Not having water and waste on pitch meant we had to pack up MH and drive to service point which in a large MH was a little inconvenient.

Arrival process. Having a gate in front of reception is awkward. Seems odd to have to re fill in forms via QR code when you have a booking.

Double bed in main bedroom too close to wall and I injured my leg on the very sharp corners. I fact the bed may have been king size and the base sheet did not fit the bed.
