Nous avons été très gentils d'accepter de vous rembourser sachant que vous n'avez PAS pris d'assurance annulation et c'est comme cela que nous sommes remerciés. Nous sommes en pleine saison, nous n'avons pas du tout le temps de nous occuper des remboursements (surtout ceux qui n'auraient pas dû avoir lieu) avant fin août.
