Camping, correcte, nous somme venue en famille 4 adulte, malheureusement nous sommes tombé pendant la canicule, les horaires de la piscine le soir on étais prolongé.
Les sanitaires de l'entrée du camping le matin de bonheur à 7h et 8 h00, on c'est boucher à l'eau froide tout les matins.

Bonjour. Comme je vous l'avait précisé verbalement l'eau des sanitaires est chaude mais il faut malheureusement faire couler plusieurs douches pour que l'eau chaude arrive dans le circuit et celui-ci est très long . A 7 heures le matin vous étiez les premiers et donc il fallait faire couler . Pour le tri des déchets nous proposons à l'accueil des petites poubelles à disposition pour ceux désireux de trier (nous n'imposons pas) , le bac de compostage étant au fond du camping. Nous vous remercions d'avoir souligné l'allongement de nos horaires de baignade lors de la canicule et souhaitons que votre séjour reste une bonne expérience pour vous dans le LOT;

Manque de propreté dans les sanitaires devrait être fait deux fois par jour car pas toujours agréable d aller prendre sa douche
Prévoir de l'argent en espèces car pas de terminal bancaire c'est pas cool

Bonjour
Nous attachons une grande importance à la propreté, tant des locatifs que des espaces communs. Nos 2 sanitaires sont désinfectés entièrement chaque matin. Nous demandons aux clients de laisser leurs chaussures sur le meuble d'entrée afin de ne pas polluer les parties douches. Si les campeurs ne respectent pas cela nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas être toute la journée derrière eux. Notre camping est un petit établissement qui ne peux se permettre d'embaucher une "dame pipi" pour nettoyer après chaque passage.
Concernant le règlement en espèce uniquement au snack bar (votre séjour étant réglé à l'accueil en CB) nous acceptons aussi les chèques et les ANCV et ceux-ci pour la simple raison que le bar n'ouvre que 2 mois et faire installer une ligne TPE payable pendant 12 mois nous obligerais à monter les tarifs de nos consommables , ce que nous ne souhaitons pas imposer à nos campeurs.

Un séjour parfait dans le Lot !

Nous avons encore passé un excellent séjour ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse par les propriétaires, toujours souriants et disponibles pour donner de bons conseils sur la région. Le cadre est superbe et idéal pour se ressourcer.
L’espace aquatique est vraiment agréable, parfaitement entretenu, et a fait le bonheur aussi bien des enfants que des adultes. On sent que les patrons mettent tout leur cœur pour que les vacanciers passent un moment inoubliable. Leur bienveillance et leur sens de l’accueil font vraiment la différence .

Bonjour. Suite à votre commentaire permettez nous de corriger certaines de vos remarques. Nous avons des animations en journée (concours de ping-pong, water-polo, concours de pétanque, club enfants tous les matins sauf le vendredi ainsi que 2 soirée privilèges le mardi et mercredi)
Concernant les règlements tout ne doit pas être en espèce puisque vous même avez réglé votre séjour en CB. Vous devez certainement parler du bar au fond du camping qui n'ayant pas de réseau informatique ne peut être équipé d'un lecteur pour carte bancaire. Cependant nous y acceptons aussi les chèques bancaire et les ANCV soit 3 moyens de règlements (la loi n'en exigeant que 2).
Nous espérons que vous gardiez cependant de bons souvenirs de vos 4 nuits passées sur notre camping.

Camping agréable et familial, bungalow moderne, piscines, toboggan, jeux pour enfants, bar etc.
La propreté autour de la piscine (touffe de cheveux présentes plusieurs jours d’affilé), le wifi non compris dans le prix du séjour (1300€ la semaine) et manque d’éléments de premières nécessités dans le bungalow à l’arrivé (1 sac poubelle, 1 bouteille d’eau, …)

L'ambiance de ce camping est très familiale, les infrastructures sont propres et bien entretenues. Le snack est au rdv avec des produits de qualités, le burger au canard est trop bon ;-) . Les activités sont sympathique et permettent en bon échange entre les campeurs. Nous avons aimé notre séjour.
