Camping Hohenbusch is wonderfully situated in the border triangle of Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany and offers many possibilities for excursions due to this central location. You can enjoy the beautiful nature to the full on approx. 350 km of hiking trails, and there are also many kilometres of signposted cycling and mountain bike trails. The campsite has a heated swimming pool, a playground, sandpit, petting zoo and restaurant. The pitches are between 100 and 150 m² in size, and clean and well-maintained sanitary facilities are a matter of course. Luxurious mobile homes are also available for rent on the site. If you are planning to spend your holiday in the Belgian Ardennes this year, Camping Hohenbusch is a good choice.

Schön angelegt aufgrund seiner Treppe artigen Anordnung.
Saubere gepflegte Wasch und Spülräume.
Die Duschkarte ist etwas unpraktisch weil man doch schon etwas unter Druck duschen muss damit das Zeitguthaben für alle reicht.
Das dient aber wahrscheinlich der Ressourcen Schonung.
Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht dort

Ein paar wunderschöne Tage im "Hohenbusch"

Wir hatten einen Stellplatz für unseren Campervan in der untersten Reihe mit schöner Aussicht auf die Felder nach Westen und als Untergrund halb Schotter, halb Rasen. Sehr nett! Das Team an der Rezeption, an der Bar und im Restaurant war großartig...das Essen sowieso, denn deshalb sind wir zu Ihnen gekommen (das erste Mal in Belgien zum Campen). Alles in allem waren es tolle fünf Tage im August mit Radfahren auf der Vennbahn - dafür vielen Dank. Bis nächstes Jahr!
Es sind Sommerferien und darum waren auch viele Familien mit Kleinkindern bzw. Schulkindern vor Ort. Die Damentoiletten waren oft stark ausgelastet, weil dort insbesondere die Mamas mit mehreren Kids hingingen. In den Duschen war das kein Problem.
Der Stellplatz war schön groß, mit einer Hecke zum Nachbarn abgeteilt. Wir haben nach Westen über die Felder geschaut, einmal sogar mit schönem Sonnenuntergang. Der geschotterte Teil war völlig gerade, wir brauchten gar keine Keile. Sehr gut! Für das gemischte Wetter kann niemand was :-)
Man könnte mal überlegen, ob 1 - 2 Mietbäder im Sanitärgebäude unterzubringen wären. Ich hätte gerne ein eigenes Bad dazu gebucht. Es muss auch nicht immer direkt am Stellplatz sein ;-)

Les emplacements sont grands et bien aménagé séparés par une haie, ce qui permet de garder une certaines intimités sans être enfermé dans son espace.
Dommage que certain emplacements de Camping car ne soit fait que de gravier. A la limite les différents emplacements devraient être des choix laisse aux clients.

Vriendelijke camping in het groen
Review of the campsite
Ruime plek in het groen met uitzicht. Water bij de hand, onberispelijk sanitair, mooi zwembad, gezellige frituur met terras, bijna een restaurant, heel vriendelijk personeel, geitjes centraal, direct op het wandelnetwerk, leuke broodservice. Veel plekjes waar kinderen kunnen spelen.
Met de fiets is een stuk op de fietsonvriendelijke weg St. Vith - Burg-Reuland onvermijdbaar.
