Welcome to Recreatie De Zeehoeve – your holiday destination on the Frisian coast.

Located in beautiful Friesland, close to the historic harbour city of Harlingen, Recreatie De Zeehoeve warmly welcomes you. Whether you come for peace, nature, or adventure, you’ll find everything here for an unforgettable stay.

Our restaurant is ready to delight you with a delicious meal, or simply enjoy a drink and a snack on our sunny terrace.

Our Waddenlodges, Lodges, and camper park pitches are available all year round. The camper park is specially designed for comfort and convenience. The pitches are paved, with an adjacent grass area where you can set up your awning and relax in the sun.

For electric cars, several charging points are available, both on the campsite and in the parking area near the restaurant.

In addition to camping and culinary enjoyment at Restaurant De Zeehoeve, we offer a wide range of activities. Rent an electric bike or city bike, go SUP boarding or canoeing, or explore the beautiful surroundings during a boat tour from the campsite. There are also several playgrounds, including a beach playground, so there’s fun for young and old alike!

Review of the campsite

Der Platz ist sehr schön, toll gelegen, direkt am Deich. Harlingen ist ohne Probleme fußläufig zu erreichen und es lohnt sich dort zu bummeln.

Der Platz für die Entsorgung von Grauwasser ist zu schmal gebaut. Mit unserem WOMO war es nicht möglich, das Wasser so abzulassen, dass es richtig abläuft.

Review of the campsite

Verblijf in Key West in september. Nette woning. Voldoende keukengerei aanwezig. Fijn bed.

Voorzie de ramen en deur van horretjes, het stikt er van de muggen en de woning is warm. Geen airco. Geen fijne stoelen of bank in de woonkamer. Verder is de buitenruimte niet uitnodigend. Mogelijk een afdakje of parasolletje zou fijn zijn. En het toilet was echt vies, poep aan de rand en bruin in de pot. Een beetje chloor zou dit al verhelpen.

Ich war mit meinem 16 jährigen Sohn für 5 Tage dort. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Nähe zu Harlingen und ans Meer waren super. Harlingen ist eine nette Hafenstadt und es gibt genug Shopping Möglichkeiten
