Review of the campsite

We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra 2 nights , the pitches are good with plenty of room , the toilet and shower block are clean and modern with plenty of hots water . Washing machines and dryers are also good with a dedicated washer dryer for dog bedding etc . Restaurant and bar very good especially the food being served . Plenty of walking and cycling routes straight from the campsite, we shall return

Drinking water at the fountains didn’t taste very nice .

We ended up going somewhere else as my bank wouldn't let me do a bank transfer so I rang up 4 times to ask if I could pay when I arrived for the man at the other end to say don't understand and put the phone down on me then on the day they emailed to ask why we hadn't turned up to be told all the telephone operators speak English and the said we could have paid when we arrived i also tried to email them so as you can understand we found somewhere else

Make sure that the telephone operates can speak English and try to solve any queries and be ignorant and put the phone down

Originally planned a one night stop. The campground and facilities are so nice that we stayed an extra night. Nice bar/restaurant/pool complex too. Highly recommended. outside the site is pretty much dead. The nearby beach and facilities around are very poor and it’s the ugliest national park I’ve ever seen. Stay on site !!

Great park, helpful friendly staff, good restaurant & shop. Pitches of all sizes and most are large/spacious. Pool is good but school parties took over pool at various periods.

Gym equipments (weights/multigym) are old and in serious need of repair/replacement, multigym machine cable has been shortened, thus full weight stack cannot now be used as selector bar won’t lower far enough in pack. Dumbbell handles have nonfunctional clips so results in loose plates. Not ideal for €3/person!! The Motorhome service point chain/padlock & location offsite was awkward although the facility itself was good

A beautiful setting in the national park, with great hikes and cycles on your doorstep. We were here 5 nights and loved every moment.. the facilities are very good and kept very clean.. there is a well stocked supermarket on site, as well as a restaurant and bar, which has happy hour from 6-7pm. During the week it was very peaceful but did become busy on the weekend.

We don't like animations and would prefer just a peaceful site.

We had a lovely time, great staff, great food, enjoyed the entertainment, great value for money site

A shuttle bus at a reasonable cost to the nearest town twice a day would be good

Staff on reception are very friendly and helpful. The whole site is immaculately kept and sanitary facilities are superb. The food in the restaurant is very good. Compliments to the chefs who provided the Valentine's Day meal.

We stayed for a week over Xmas. The staff in every department were excellent and fun to talk to, even down to the cleaning ladies. The Restaurant service and food was outstanding, nothing was too difficult for the Staff. The shop was well stocked with all the essentials and daily fresh bread and croissants. Both sets of toilet amenities were were clean and functional.

None, except it would have been great had the restaurant been open on Christmas day.
