Rocamadour
Piccolo villaggio incastonato nella roccia, difficilmente troverete qualcosa di più affascinante nella regione.
Figeac
Figeac è uno dei più bei villaggi della regione.
Cahors
Fondato ai tempi dei Romani, la città ha saputo conservare i suoi più bei monumenti.
Alla scoperta del Lot
Cahors, nota per le sue numerose specialità, è la città più grande del dipartimento. A mezz'ora di distanza, scoprirai Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, il villaggio preferito dai francesi nel 2012.
Il centro del dipartimento è principalmente occupato dal Parco Naturale Regionale di Causses du Quercy. A est del parco, scoprite i campeggi a Séniergues.
Più a ovest, la città di Figeac, chiamata "Grand Site of Midi-Pyrénées", ospita una copia enorme della famosa pietra di Rosetta che ha permesso a Champollion di decifrare i geroglifici. Ora è in mostra al Museo Champollion, situato nel cuore della città e aperto tutto l'anno. Godetevi il vostro soggiorno a Figeac per scoprire il meglio della regione.
A un'ora da Figeac, scoprite Rocamadour, villaggio medievale sospeso sul fianco della montagna. Sul posto, visitiamo principalmente il Gouffre de Padirac e le numerose grotte intorno: Lacave, Cougnac o la Grotta delle Meraviglie. Prenota il tuo soggiorno a Rocamadour in un campeggio con piscina per esempio.
Infine, a sud, la Valle del Lot offre attività come pesca, canottaggio, vela... Tra i numerosi campeggi che segnano il suo percorso troverai sicuramente quello più adatto a te, magari porprio sulle sponde di un fiume o di un torrente.
