Located on a hilly and scenic area, 1500 metres away from the seaside of Sestri Levante, the Mare Monti camp site unites a carefree stay, in contact with nature, with the possibility of going for excursions to amazing places such as Cinque Terre, Portofino and Portovenere. For those who spend a holiday in Ligury a visit to Cinque Terre, Portofino and Portovenere is almost “obligatory”. The camp site has two swimming pools, hot showers, car-place, bar, mini-market, laundry, wi-fi internet connection. During peak months entertainment activities both for adults and for children, performances and dancing parties are organized. During July and August, there is a free shuttle service to reach the seaside. The camp site surface is 20.000 metres wide, divided into tree-lined paths, 140 emplacements and common areas. The distance of only 5 kilometres between the Mare Monti Camping and the centre of Sestri Levante allows our campers to take advantage of the various services that Sestri Levante offers: two train stations; the departure point to Genoa, Cinque Terre, Portofino and many tourist localities of the Tigullio Gulf an Poets’ Gulf; moreover there are lots of free beaches with sands, gravel and rocks; discotheques, restaurants and many possibilities to park. Every year important events are organized, such as La Barcarolata, La Sagra del Bagnum, the Andersen prize, concerts and various exhibitions.

Our Camping Village has been run for 60 years with the same philosophy: to offer a pleasant and peaceful holiday while respecting one's own and others' privacy. The pitches are all delimited and, for the most part, separated from each other by hedges of spontaneous bush. Cars have a separate car park and are not allowed to circulate inside the Camping Village. The entire facility is immersed in the shady coastal pine forest of the Maremma. Dogs are allowed on the pitches and in some rented facilities under the conditions indicated in the regulations. A restaurant, bar, grocery shop, bazar, bike rent and tours, and a sailing and windsurfing school are available to our guests.
