Regarding the night lighting, it is intentionally limited as we use solar-powered lights in order to reduce light pollution and help preserve the local wildlife in the countryside. However, you are right that during autumn, when daylight hours are shorter, the lighting can be a little less intense. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again soon! Regarding the WiFi, as we mentioned in previous replies, we are aware of the weak connection in certain areas. During the winter, we will be looking for solutions to improve it, although our rural location limits the available speed. For the adapters, we always keep some available for loan at reception. We may have forgotten to mention this on your arrival, but we do include this information in the newsletter sent 7 days before your stay. Cher M. Villemagne, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis. Nous tenons cependant à apporter quelques précisions : 👉 Concernant le stationnement, tous les vacanciers ayant séjourné dans ce mobilhome se sont garés à environ 25 mètres (et non 50). Cela n'empêche pas de stationner à côté du cottage pour décharger. Dans votre cas vous avez laissé malgré tout votre voiture à côté de votre cottage même si cela empiétait sur le chemin d’accès – ce qui est interdit pour des raisons de sécurité, mais nous n’avons rien dit pensant que vous aviez des difficultés pour marcher. 👉 Pour la TV, le robinet ou la douche : si cela était vraiment « infernal », pourquoi ne pas nous l’avoir signalé ? Nous ne sommes pas devins, mais nous intervenons toujours rapidement (comme nous l’avons fait dès le premier jour). Le cottage est équipé d’un chauffe-bain : il est donc normal de ne pas tirer d’eau chaude à la cuisine pendant qu’une personne prend sa douche. Vous êtes d’ailleurs les seuls de la saison à vous en plaindre. 👉 Quant à la piscine : il ne s’agissait pas de saleté, mais simplement de la ligne de flottaison, marquée par l’usage répété de crème solaire et par l’absence de prise de douches avant la baignade. Tout le reste du bassin était parfaitement propre, et la peinture sera refaite comme chaque année à la fermeture. Enfin, nous notons avec un certain sourire que, malgré tous ces reproches, vous êtes partis en nous disant que « c’était bien » : la tranquillité, le cadre, la gentillesse et la propreté. Merci donc de vous être défoulés par écrit, cela nous rappelle qu’il est plus facile de critiquer derrière un écran qu’en face-à-face 😉 Bien cordialement, Delphine & Laurent

Dear Madam, Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your detailed feedback and for your kind words about the cleanliness, facilities, and location of your mobile home. Regarding the Wi-Fi, we understand your comments: we are currently looking into improvements to make the connection more stable. However, our goal will remain to provide access mainly for checking emails or light browsing, not for streaming. Staying with us is meant to be a time to disconnect and enjoy a real holiday. As for the size, your mobile home reserved is 31m². We have already hosted families of 6 people for two-week stays without negative feedback about the space. Of course, it is not a holiday cottage but a mobile home, which is part of the camping experience — living more outdoors and closer to nature. To give another perspective: the previous guests stayed in the very same mobile home with just 2 people and rated their experience a 10/10, which shows that the feeling of space is very subjective. We are delighted that you enjoyed the terrace and the sunshine on your pitch, and we look forward to welcoming you again. Best regards, Delphine & Laurent

Chers M et Mme Revel, Merci beaucoup pour votre retour très positif ! 😊 Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la taille du camping, ses infrastructures (terrain de boules, piscine), la situation, ainsi que la qualité de votre cottage. Concernant le WiFi, nous sommes justement en train d’étudier des solutions pour améliorer ce point dès la saison prochaine. Pour ce qui est de la réception 4G… malheureusement, cela dépend des opérateurs, et là, nous n’avons pas (encore !) la main 😅 Et oui, le lave-vaisselle en vacances, c’est clairement le luxe — même s’il faut encore préparer les repas 😉 Merci encore et au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau !
