Chers M et Mme Masset, Un grand merci pour votre très gentil commentaire ! Malgré une météo normande capricieuse, nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un beau séjour parmi nous. Heureusement, le calme, la propreté du camping et notre accueil ont réussi à faire un peu concurrence aux nuages ! Merci également pour votre suggestion concernant les douches et le coin vaisselle. Nous prenons bonne note de cette remarque qui pourra nous aider à améliorer encore le confort de nos campeurs lors des journées les plus fraîches. You are absolutely right that some of our pitches are shaded by trees, which many guests appreciate during the summer months. Following your remark about the low branches for taller motorhomes, we were pleased that we were able to find you an alternative pitch better suited to your vehicle. Thank you also for your helpful comment regarding the outside water tap on the pitch. We do not provide a small hose attachment because many guests use their own hoses connected directly to their caravans or motorhomes, and unfortunately we cannot always be sure that shared accessories would remain available. However, your feedback is very useful as it helps future campers know what equipment may be useful to bring with them. We hope to welcome you back to Normandy again soon! Regarding the sink plug, thank you for your suggestion. We had actually already thought about this idea, but from experience we are not always sure that removable plugs would stay in place throughout the whole season and unfortunately they often tend to disappear. However, we will certainly pass your feedback on to the designer/manufacturer as it could help improve the product in the future. Dear Madam, Dear Sir, Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the campsite, the spacious pitches and the cleanliness of our facilities. We would just like to clarify that only 3 of our pitches have the water point located about 10 meters away. All our other comfort pitches have a direct water connection on the pitch itself. As you had specifically requested a quiet pitch away from the sanitary facilities, we chose to give you one of our calmest and most appreciated spots, with a lovely open view over the fields, as we felt it perfectly matched your request. Of course, if you had preferred a pitch with the water point directly on the pitch, you could simply have asked us during your stay. We are always present and happy to help our guests find the best possible solution for their comfort and satisfaction. We hope to welcome you again in the future! Best regards Delphine & Laurent
