Thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience! 😊 We are delighted that you enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the campsite, our sanitary facilities and the swimming pool. Cleanliness throughout the campsite and its facilities is something that is particularly important to us. We are very attentive to it on a daily basis and will be even more vigilant regarding the points you mentioned. Regarding information about the waste collection points, these are also indicated on the campsite map provided upon arrival. Thank you again for your feedback, which helps us remain attentive to these different points, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Les Cyprès! 🌲

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback and for taking the time to share your experience! 😊 We are delighted that you enjoyed the campsite’s setting, the swimming pool and the welcome from our team. We are sorry that the evening entertainment was too noisy for you. We try to offer a varied programme to suit as many guests as possible, with some quieter evenings and others that are livelier. The entertainment finishes by 11:30 pm at the latest, but we also need to allow guests some time to return to their accommodation. As we explained to you during your stay, we changed our sound system this year. We will continue to monitor this carefully and do our best to find the right balance between evening entertainment and respecting everyone’s peace and quiet. As for air conditioning, temperatures were exceptionally high this season. We understand that this may have made your accommodation particularly hot, and we will consider this possibility for future seasons. Thank you again for your feedback, which helps us continue to improve our guests’ experience. We look forward to welcoming you back to Les Cyprès! 🌲

Thank you very much for your feedback and for sharing your experience! 😊 We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Les Cyprès and the various services we offer. Regarding electric vehicle charging, charging directly from the mobile homes would require too much power and could cause the electrical system to trip. We therefore have 4 charging stations available at the reception for our guests. We are also sorry that you found the mattress too firm. Mattress comfort is very personal, and everyone has different preferences. During a future stay, please do not hesitate to let us know so that we can see what solution might help improve your comfort. Thank you again for your feedback, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Les Cyprès! 🌲

Thank you very much for your feedback and for sharing your experience! 😊 We are delighted that you enjoyed the atmosphere at Les Cyprès, the friendliness of our team, the entertainment and the swimming pool. Regarding your arrival with the caravan, we have a car park located opposite the reception, which can be used to make parking easier while you check in. The area along the road belongs to the local town council and is not part of the campsite, so unfortunately we cannot develop or arrange it as we would like. When it comes to allocating pitches, it is important to provide us with the total dimensions of your equipment when making your booking, including the caravan and vehicle. This allows us to find the pitch best suited to your setup. Without this information, we naturally do our best with the details available to us. Regarding the organisation of the pitches, we have a schedule in place to make the best possible use of the campsite. As arrivals and departures take place every day, a pitch may sometimes be occupied by a short stay between two other bookings, which can occasionally mean that a large pitch is temporarily allocated to a small tent for a few days. We also have many returning guests who like to stay on specific pitches from one year to the next. We therefore always try to find the best possible balance when allocating our pitches. Thank you again for your comments, which help us explain how we organise the campsite and continue to improve the welcome we provide to our guests. We look forward to welcoming you back to Les Cyprès! 🌲

Thank you as well for this very constructive review and for taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback is very valuable to us. We are delighted to know that you had a pleasant stay at Les Cyprès and that you enjoyed the atmosphere of the campsite, our services and the entertainment we offer! 😊 Regarding the wristbands, they are primarily introduced for security reasons and to ensure that access to the campsite’s facilities and services is reserved for our guests. Our guests pay for their stay and the services provided, and the wristbands help us prevent outside visitors from using these services without having paid for them. As for the evening entertainment, we try to offer a varied programme so that everyone can find something they enjoy, with activities for different ages and interests. Some evenings are quieter and finish earlier, while others are a little more lively. In any case, we make sure that the evening entertainment does not continue beyond 11:30 pm. Thank you again for your feedback and suggestions, which help us continue to improve our guests’ experience. We look forward to welcoming you back to Les Cyprès! 🌲

Thank you very much for your feedback! 😊 We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and the facilities at our campsite. Part of the campsite benefits from plenty of shade thanks to the many trees on site. However, the pitches located closer to the dunes are naturally sunnier, as this area is largely free of trees. For your next stay, please feel free to let us know that you would prefer a shaded pitch when making your booking. Whenever possible, we always take our guests’ requests into account. We look forward to welcoming you back! Campeurement🌲

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are pleased that you enjoyed our natural surroundings and the swimming pool. We are, however, sincerely sorry for the various inconveniences you experienced in your accommodation. Regarding the presence of mice, please do not hesitate to let us know during your stay so that we can intervene quickly and put the necessary measures in place, allowing our guests to fully enjoy their stay. As the campsite is located in a natural environment, at the foot of the dunes and surrounded by vegetation, we may unfortunately occasionally come across small animals. However, we do everything we can to limit their presence around the accommodations as much as possible. We also take your comments regarding the bedding and the general condition of the mobile home into account. As for the sand, since the campsite is located at the foot of the dune, it is naturally part of the surrounding environment and can unfortunately find its way into the accommodations. We are sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations, and we nevertheless thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
