Situated by the Obla Gorica hill, a forest-covered glacial moraine, the Radovljica swimming pool compound was built in 1933 based on the plans of architect Ivan Vurnik. Over the decades, the swimming pool has evolved and developed, and has grown to become a modern and attractive facility for sport, recreation, and tourism that meets modern-day standards and provides for a high-quality future development of sports activities and tourism. The compound includes three pools, a bistro, a highly-maintained camp, and is surrounded by vast sports infrastructure in the immediate vicinity, while being only a few steps away from one of the most beautiful medieval town centers.The Radovljica Camp and Pool is managed by the Municipality of Radovljica, Municipal Property Management Office.
