Review of the campsite
Good location on the coast path and close to local towns. Views spectacular but access/ exit tight for a caravan. Not many spaces we could have got into but luckily quiet so we could choose.
Restaurant on site which looked good but quite expensive, open 3 nights at weekends.
The facilities here were cleaned twice a day and the cleanest we had in a month in France, would definitely stay here again if we could reserve a pitch.

des sanitaires propres, en n'on trouve pas partout en france, sur ce camping, oui! Belle vue
chaque cm2 est pris en charge pour la location, tout est conçu très serré, les ruelles ne sont pas prévus pour campingcar de 7m+ Le pire, la dame n'est pas gentille ni au téléphone ni à laceuille. Vraiment hors concours, elle à gagnée :-( restrictions,ordre du camping dans un ton plus que clairement désagréable. Plus de vitise sur ce site prévue... en plus 8€ de dossier

Merci d’avoir partagé votre avis. Nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions concernant votre séjour.
Lors de votre réservation, nous avons été surpris de constater que vous veniez avec trois chiens, alors que nous n’acceptons normalement que deux chiens par emplacement. Exceptionnellement, nous avons accepté ce troisième chien afin de vous permettre de profiter de votre séjour, ce qui n’était pas une obligation de notre part.
Concernant le ton que vous avez perçu comme désagréable à votre arrivée, je tiens à préciser que lorsque nous donnons les instructions du camping, c’est simplement pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. Lors de votre arrivée, nous avons eu le sentiment que vous n’écoutiez pas vraiment ces consignes et que vous ne répondiez pas lorsque nous vous adressions la parole. Cela peut expliquer que notre ton ait été moins chaleureux que d’habitude.
Enfin, les 8 € de frais de dossier correspondent au temps passé à gérer votre réservation et à garantir un bel emplacement. Il s’agit simplement de la gestion de votre dossier et non d’un surplus injustifié. Vous n’étiez en aucun cas obligé de réserver, et nous avons fait le maximum pour vous proposer un emplacement adapté, notamment en acceptant trois chiens.
Cependant, nous tenons à vous remercier pour le compliment concernant nos sanitaires.

Panoramic sea views, amazing sunrises, handy for GR coastal walking route, food in the restaurant very good, some pitches sloping wedges required. Showers good and hot water pressure
Flatter pitches, toilet seats would be a improvement and more hygienic.
Slight slope on pitch may have caused issues following heavy rain!

A nice scenic site which is great for ferry connection.
Pitches very uneven dangerous positions of electric where cables were strewn across roadways etc tripping hazard. Restaurant only opened on some days and not clear on website re opening times etc.

Great location, convenient fir the port
The website clearly states the restaurant is open. Plenty of choice, theme nights etc. Only for us to arrive after a very long drive to find it closed, open only on weekends. With very limited alternatives or even a nearby shop.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify the opening times of our campsite’s bar and restaurant. On our website, it is stated that it is open from early April to the end of October, with a specific note that it is open every day only from mid-July to mid-August. Outside of this period, it is indeed open only on weekends.
We would also like to point out that our opening hours are regularly updated on Google, so that everyone can plan their stay accordingly.
However, we were surprised by the 1/10 rating for the restaurant, even though you did not have the opportunity to eat there and only found that it was closed. Furthermore, we find it unfortunate that this disappointment affected your other ratings so severely, as it does not accurately reflect the overall experience we offer.
Of course, we understand your frustration, but it is important to remind that the information is clearly available and accurate. We hope that you were still able to enjoy the quality of the setting and the region.
