Campsite Bor (***), opened in 1985., is situated on the west side of town Krk (island Krk, the Kvarner region), about 10 minutes walk from the sea. Surrounded by dry-stone walls, olive and pine trees, this ambience is perfect destination for those who like to spent their vacation in authentic island atmosphere. Everything we do at the campsite, we do as a family! Our story is interwoven with the work of our hands, our hearts and love! The campsite is located on a piece of land that needs care and love. Among other benefits, we offer a quiet green oasis. Only 10 minutes away from the centre, you can enjoy an enchanting view of the city. Within camp guests have on disposal shadowy or less shadowy places for camping with connection on electricity, grocery, toilets and bath's with modern equipment, washing machines, dryers. Campsite with its surface from about 3 acres is distanced about 600 meters from the sea, and it is exclusively intended for acceptance of caravans, campers and for guests with their own tent equipment. Capacity of campsite Bor is: - surface: 4 acres - 150 pitches for campers and caravans (80-130m2; each with their own electricity boxes (10A) ) - 150 tent places (free unnumbered pitches) - 20 shower cabins, 20 toilets, 2 toilets for disabled person, chemical toilet.

Mooie ligging met uitzicht

Review of the campsite

Ligging net buiten de stad Krk, 's avonds rustig. De camping ligt niet aan zee. Sanitair altijd schoon. Zwembad te klein op hete dagen bij een vol bezette camping. Inmiddels is de camping behoorlijk uitgebreid en bij het nieuwe sanitair zie je wachtrijen ontstaan, voor de toiletten, douches en de afwas. In het naseizoen staan er heel veel busjes en campers, dit geeft overdag wel onrust. Iedere dag vertrekken heel veel mensen en heel veel mensen komen aan. Iedereen wordt met golfkarretjes rondgereden en wil je zelf even weg dan is het maar de vraag of de in/uitgang niet geblokkeerd is.
