Une semaine à Vallon-Pont-d'Arc

Mon séjour au camping de l'Ardèche s'est très bien passé. Le camping est idéalement situé, au bord de l'Ardèche et à l'entrée de la route des Gorges. Une sensation d'être au milieu de la nature excepté lorsque des véhicules passent sur la route qui borde le camping. Le personnel est très accueillant et très réactif lorsque l'on rencontre un problème. Rapport qualité/prix, je recommande.

Le mobil home était propre et suffisamment grand pour 2 adultes. Je pense que pour 5 personnes ça aurait été limite mais ce n'était pas une surprise, on le sait quand on loue ce genre de Mobil home. Il ne manquait rien à l'intérieur, vaisselle, nécessaire de nettoyage...
Le seul petit bémol est le stationnement. Il y a très peu de mobil home dans le camping et ils font les uns sur les autres. En hors saison pas de soucis mais en pleine saison il faut être sur que chacun se respecte. Si les 6 mobil home avaient été occupés je me demande où les voitures auraient stationnées. Et je trouve également que ça manque de terrain autour. Seule la terrasse fait office d'extérieur.

Nous entendons vos remarques.Nous sommes en début de saison et un seul bloc sanitaire est effectivement ouvert,le papier toilette n' est pas fourni dans les toilettes et ce dans la majorité des camping pour des raisons d'hygiène .les horaires de départ sont pour toute notre clientèle à l'identique,et ce depuis des années.merci de votre retour et bonne continuation

camping agréable, calme, emplacement assez grand pour les campings cars
papier wc non inclus, un seul lieu de douches et toilettes ouvert, l'impossibilité de rester jusqu'à 14 heures, on voulait manger sur place et partir ensuite, le personnel a refusé, pourtant nous étions sur un emplacement de CC, il n'y avait rien à nettoyer et c'était un lundi, personne ne venait derrière nous !!!

Propreté des sanitaires et annoncer quand le restaurant et la supérette sont fermés alors que sur le site c’est annoncé qu’il y les 2

Bonjour madame.il n'y pas de supérette dans le camping.Nous disposons d'un restaurant qui est ouvert depuis le 18/04/2026.Quand aux sanitaires ils sont nettoyée deux fois par jours.Nous ne sommes par responsable des dégâts et méfaits commis par les vacanciers irrespectueux des lieux et intervenons en plus dès l'on nous signal une anomalie.Nous regrettons votre insatisfaction mais le personnel de nettoyage fait son travail dans conditions parfois compliqués en fonction de l'incorrection des gens.
Merci de nous avoir transmis votre message.Bonne continuation dans vos séjours.

Un accueil parfait pour couronner le tout !
