The campsite is ideally situated in the heart of a magnificent wooded park , at the crossroads of Alsace and Franche Comté. It is also ideally situated at the foot of the Vosges mountains, on the edge of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park. Here you can enjoy the pleasures of nature and hiking in the peace and quiet, or relax by the pool to the sound of birdsong.

The site has a heated indoor swimming pool, a waterslide open in July/August and small ponds, one for fishing and the other with water games. Camping de l’Ill, in Colmar, in Alsace in the Haut-Rhin (departement 68), is just 2 kilometres from the town centre of Colmar (easily accessible using the cycle path). The campsite is located in the heart of nature on the edge of the river Ill. It is a little haven of greenery that is just a stone's throw from the town centre. Camping de l'Ill is ideal for visiting Colmar and the region and is just 20km from the German border, 40km from Mulhouse and only a short distance from the Ballons des Vosges national park.

Mobile homes and Caravans are only rented from 30/04 to 21/09 For each season, its adapted accommodation: in summer, a large shaded, green and flat camping site; in winter during the ski season, rental of chalet, mobile home, bungalow and trailer are particularly appreciated. In season, the activities in the campsite are there !!!. Rollerskating and cycling enthusiasts have a dedicated 3 km track at their disposal, accessible directly from the campsite.
