The campsite lies on a hill in a pine and oak wood with a lovely panorama on the Tuscan country. The campsite is situated 6 km from Florence on top of the Fiesole hill with the enchanting view of Florence, which can be easily reached by bus.

Campo dei Fiori is a very quiet place, but also near to touristic centres like Vada (2,5 km) - Cecina (7 km) and Castiglioncello (10 km). Since the climate is very mild, our campsite is also ideal for a stay in low season. Campo dei Fiori offers places for caravans and tents (ca. 60 - 80 m2) which are all shadowed by trees. The camping has 123 pitches for campers, caravans or tents. The dimension of each pitch is 9 x 10 m. and it has electrical connection of 6 amps. The pitches are surrounded by hedges, which provide an atmosphere of privacy. There is also a water loading and unloading area on the campsite. In addition to the pitches, the camping also offers a number of mobile homes that can accommodate up to five people. They are equipped with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, furnished kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning and a garden or veranda with garden furniture.

Our Camping Village has been run for 60 years with the same philosophy: to offer a pleasant and peaceful holiday while respecting one's own and others' privacy. The pitches are all delimited and, for the most part, separated from each other by hedges of spontaneous bush. Cars have a separate car park and are not allowed to circulate inside the Camping Village. The entire facility is immersed in the shady coastal pine forest of the Maremma. Dogs are allowed on the pitches and in some rented facilities under the conditions indicated in the regulations. A restaurant, bar, grocery shop, bazar, bike rent and tours, and a sailing and windsurfing school are available to our guests. Complete service groups guarantee guests minimal travel to their pitches. In addition, the Camping Village is equipped with a camper service and free Wi-Fi. Racks for hulls and a facility for hanging and washing sails are available for surfers. Excursions can be booked with an Environmental Tourist Guide. There is a small playground and in high season sports activities are organized for children. Reservations guarantee a place that will be chosen from the free places on arrival. Magazines specialized in tourism, such as the German magazine Caravaning, often devote articles to the Maremma Sans Souci, describing its structural characteristics, but above all the quietness and nature of the place. Minors are not accepted unless accompanied by their parents for the whole duration of their stay.

To those who really enjoy camp life, there are many spacious pitches, new sanitary and hygienic services with free hot showers(with the possibility to rent private bathrooms)and cooking facilities(gas and fridge) in a common kitchen. To those who do not want to renounce comforts, there is the possibility to hire either rooms ensuite with an outddor kitchnette and veranda or maxicaravans(with capability up to 7 people) with bathroom, kitchen and dinette. Free entarnce to the swimming pool for all our guests.

Il Poggetto is an Holiday Park, which is located in the hearth of Tuscany near FLorence. It's an ideal base for excursion to Siena, S.Gimignano, Volterra, Vinci, Pisa, Carrara Lucca and Arezzo. The whole area is well served by public transport, the busstop is just in front of the campsite.

Camping Blucamp er en lille campingplads i bjergene 8 km fra havet, som ligger i et område, der er rigt på interessante arkæologiske fund.
