Ottimo servizio ristorante, bar e spiaggia. Ottima pulizia delle parti comuni. Buona l'animazione. Personale molto disponibile dalla reception al bar e ristorante.
Pulizia e manutenzione villette. Altoparlante che vibrava ad intermittenza giorno e notte.

Pulizia e manutenzione all'interno. Frigo che perdeva acqua e lavandino bagno otturato (sistemati da noi), Condizionatori che gocciolavano, candeletta di accensione fuoco grande del piano cottura rotta per cui non si accende se non con l'accendino che x fortuna avevo, Caffettiera con manico rotto (menomale avevo la mia).Se avessero pulito, si sarebbero accorti di queste cose. Ci vorrebbe un box doccia per non allagare visto le 4*

Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia nel villaggio (Mobilhome e Villino) nelle estati 2024 e 2025. Il villaggio ha complessivamente delle potenzialità ma purtroppo regna molta approssimazione nella organizzazione e manutenzione.
Sono da elogiare il servizio ristorante e bar, l'attenzione per gli amici a 4 zampe, la estesa spiaggia a disposizione.
E' da migliorare (fortemente) la manutenzione degli alloggi. La sistemazione degli alloggi in relazione al numero di ospiti (ad es. famiglia tipo di 4 persone) è approssimativa e non sufficiente.
Organizzazione, completezza chiarezza nelle informazioni, manutenzione.
Pessima esperienza con il servizio di reception (cordiale il personale di manutenzione e quello addetto alla ristorazione).

L'allocazione è stata largamente insufficiente. Una brandina (non un letto) a sistemazione del quarto ospite con un materasso che non può essere messo a disposizione per un soggiorno di due settimane. Brandina posizionata nel locale di ingresso (cucina) con grande difficoltà di organizzazione dei movimenti della mattina. Un'area esterna troppo approssimativa, non si comprende perchè è stata pagata una quota aggiuntiva per il cane. Pagato il servizio pulizia (anche l'extra per l'animale); locale consegnato in condizioni non adeguate.
L'organizzazione, la completezza e chiarezza delle informazioni, la manutenzione e l'ubicazione degli alloggi. Servizio reception insoddisfacente e, purtroppo, neanche cordiale. In bocca al lupo per provare ad apportare miglioramenti, ma dopo due anni il nostro gruppo di amici non farà ritorno al villaggio.

Soggiorno buono con qualche nota negativa

Villaggio grande, curato e con tanti servizi, tra cui tre bar. Pulizia buona nelle aree comuni, ma le case mobili sono spartane e poco curate (veneziane sporche, tende non oscuranti, doccia ingiallita). La piscina è piccola rispetto agli ospiti e con pochi lettini, quindi bisogna andare presto per trovarne uno. Confusione nei cambi di biancheria e infermeria quasi assente. Animazione: ragazzi di Villaggio e Tribù fantastici (voto 10), ma il capo animatore non all’altezza (voto 5). Voto al villaggio: 7.
La pulizia nelle case mobili, piatto doccia ingiallito, veneziane alle finestre rotte, tende oscuranti migliorate.

La distanza dal mare
Servirebbero più informazioni su attività e storia del posto oltre del campeggio stesso. Purtroppo non ho riscontrato la qualità di un quattro stelle.

Il frigo di dimensioni normali.
Poca attenzione sulla qualità e l' 'equipaggiamento delle attrezzature negli alloggi, dai materassi ( la prima notte in due abbiamo dormito su un materasso a molle datati e disastrati ) alla fornitura in cucina, veramente misera e approssimativa dal pentolino con il manico rotto, alle tazze mancanti rispetto al numero di persone e niente accendi gas per i fornelli. Scarsa predisposizione per ospitare un cane in totale sicurezza in quanto vi erano buchi nelle siepi tra una casetta e l'altra e il cancelletto richiesto per l'ingresso non fissato da nessuna parte è alquanto inefficace.
