Bezüglich des Minimarkts möchten wir Sie informieren, dass wir keinen eigenen Markt auf dem Gelände haben, da sich nur 700 Meter entfernt das große Einkaufszentrum Centro Universo in Silvi befindet. Dieses ist bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und bietet eine deutlich größere Auswahl an Produkten und Dienstleistungen. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few aspects regarding your stay. Regarding the noise from the train, we would like to remind you that along this stretch of coastline, being directly by the sea often also means being close to the railway. This is a typical characteristic of the region and, unfortunately, not something we can control. Many guests still choose our campsite precisely for the convenience of direct access to the beach. Concerning the price, we are unsure what you expected it to be. During the booking process, the total shown on the website was €35.50, plus €3.00 for the tourist tax. These amounts were clearly displayed in your reservation, for which you also paid a deposit, so there should be no uncertainty regarding the base cost. Upon arrival, you requested electricity, which had not been selected during the online booking. According to our price list, electricity costs €3.50 per day, and this amount was therefore added to the final total. The final price is correct based on the services actually used. We remain at your disposal for further clarifications.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of the campsite, the proximity to the beach, and the friendliness of our staff. Regarding the pitch, the Max pitches are located in a dedicated area for motorhomes over 7 metres, specifically designed to offer more space and easier manoeuvring. Our campsite is not very large, so the distance to the facilities is generally limited and depends on the position of the chosen pitch. About the sanitary facilities, we are sorry that you experienced issues. Since nothing was reported during your stay, we were unable to check the bidet sprayers immediately; we will make sure to inspect them carefully. As for soap and toilet paper, these are not provided in order to reduce waste and precisely because shared dispensers and rolls are not considered hygienic. Concerning the bread situation, it can in fact be purchased at our on-site bar/restaurant upon request. If you had asked, we would have been happy to inform you. Regarding the train noise, we understand that some guests may be more sensitive. The layout of this stretch of coastline means that the railway runs close to all structures located directly by the sea, and unfortunately this is not something we can influence. Most guests get used to it quickly, but we recognise that experiences may vary. Thank you again for your review. Salve, cercherò di essere breve perché non vale la pena rispondere a dei giudizi FALSI! Lei si è permessa di giudicare il nostro campeggio senza neanche entrare e vedere. Lei afferma di aver fatto 150 km con la certezza di trovare posto, quando Le è stato riferito per telefono che non prendiamo prenotazioni. Questo vuol dire che al momento dell’arrivo il cliente decide se fermarsi o meno, se trova posto. Riceviamo tante telefonate al giorno e riferiamo sempre la stessa cosa: “provi a passare perché non prendiamo prenotazioni per le piazzole. Al momento c’è posto, o non c’è posto” La sorpresa che quando è arrivata non c’era posto, è FALSA! Perché a Suo marito sono stati fatti vedere ben DUE posti mentre Lei attendeva all’ingresso senza neanche entrare in struttura, permettendosi invece di dare dei giudizi FALSI! Sarebbe da procedere penalmente, ma dato che sono corretto nella vita e nel lavoro, cercherò di sorvolare capendo il Suo “stato d’animo” in quel momento; sarà stata la stanchezza del viaggio o qualche altra cosa. Spero di essere stato esaustivo nella risposta, principalmente per chi legge e non conosce la struttura (come non la conosce Lei) e non ancora ha avuto la possibilità di usufruirne. We’re glad to hear you found our reception team friendly and the pitches satisfactory. Regarding the railway, the entire coastal area in this region is characterized by the train line running along the shore, not just our campsite. We understand it may be noticeable for some guests, even though many still enjoy a pleasant stay. As for the sanitary facilities, we are truly surprised by your comment. Cleanliness is usually one of our strongest points. We have not received similar feedback before, but we will certainly look into this to ensure everything meets our usual standards.
