It’s also great to hear that you appreciated your large pitch surrounded by hedges and the possibility to choose your own pitch. 🌿🏕️ As our campsite is set on natural ground, some pitches can have a slight slope and may indeed require levelling blocks for caravans or motorhomes. Regarding the snack and bar, your stay took place outside the main summer season. During this period, our opening hours and food service are reduced compared with July and August, which explains why the bar closed earlier and the snack was closed And regarding the apple trees, they are part of the green and natural character of the campsite, although we understand that falling apples can occasionally be inconvenient depending on where you are pitched! 🍎 Thank you again for staying at Camping Seasonova Etennemare in Saint-Valery-en-Caux and for your constructive comments. Und natürlich freuen wir uns, dass auch unsere beiden Schweinchen einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen haben! 🐷🌿 Sie helfen uns tatsächlich dabei, bestimmte geeignete Lebensmittelreste sinnvoll zu verwerten. Bezüglich des WLANs verstehen wir Ihre Enttäuschung. Die Verbindung war während Ihres Aufenthalts offenbar nicht so leistungsfähig, wie sie sein sollte. Wir freuen uns dennoch, dass unser Team Ihnen den Zugang für die gesamte Woche zur Verfügung stellen konnte. Was die Toiletten ohne Toilettensitze betrifft, verstehen wir, dass dies für manche Gäste zunächst ungewohnt oder unangenehm sein kann. Diese Ausstattung ist jedoch bewusst gewählt, da sie in gemeinschaftlich genutzten Sanitäranlagen eine einfachere und gründlichere Reinigung und Desinfektion ermöglicht. Dass Sie sich während Ihrer drei Tage bei uns gut erholen konnten und gerne länger geblieben wären, freut uns ganz besonders. Schade, dass das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt hat! Bezüglich der Stellplätze liegt unser Campingplatz auf einem natürlichen Gelände, sodass einige Parzellen leichte Unebenheiten aufweisen können. Wie Sie richtig erwähnen, lassen sich diese bei Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobilen in der Regel gut mit entsprechenden Auffahrkeilen ausgleichen. Ihren Hinweis zur Lautstärke der Musik in den Sanitäranlagen nehmen wir ebenfalls gerne auf. 🎶 Was die Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbades betrifft, verstehen wir den Wunsch, es gerade im Urlaub noch länger nutzen zu können. Die aktuellen Zeiten ermöglichen uns jedoch auch die notwendige Pflege des Schwimmbades und tragen dazu bei, dass es am Abend auf dem Campingplatz wieder ruhiger wird. Ce sont des observations utiles pour nous aider à identifier les améliorations à apporter. Concernant l’espace entre le lit double et la paroi, la configuration et les dimensions de certains mobil-homes peuvent effectivement laisser un passage plus étroit dans la chambre. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié l’accès à notre piscine tout au long de la journée, les branchements électriques sur les emplacements ainsi que les cheminements piétons permettant de rejoindre les sanitaires et la piscine. 🌿🏕️ Concernant les déjections canines, nous partageons totalement votre mécontentement. Les propriétaires de chiens ont bien entendu l’obligation de ramasser derrière leur animal. Malheureusement, malgré nos rappels et la vigilance de notre équipe, certains comportements individuels peuvent nous échapper. Nous invitons également nos vacanciers à nous signaler ces situations lorsqu’elles se produisent afin que nous puissions intervenir. Notre piscine est une piscine familiale, fréquentée notamment par des enfants qui viennent également pour jouer et profiter de leurs vacances. Cela n’empêche évidemment pas chacun de devoir rester attentif et respectueux des autres baigneurs. Il en va de même pour les jeux de ballon : les enfants sont les bienvenus au Camping Seasonova Etennemare, mais les jeux ne doivent pas occasionner de gêne ni risquer d’endommager les véhicules ou le matériel des autres vacanciers. We’re pleased that you enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, our mini-farm with the pigs, goats, chickens and duck, as well as our fresh bread service and your stay in France. 🌿🐷 You describe the campsite as very “laid-back”, which is indeed part of our Slow Life philosophy, but this does not mean that there are no rules. We do have campsite rules in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy their holiday while respecting other guests and the facilities. We are sorry to read about the dog mess on some grass areas. Dog owners are of course expected to clean up after their pets, and unfortunately we cannot always witness every individual incident. The same applies to footballs being kicked close to or behind caravans: children are welcome to play, but this should always be done with respect for other guests and their pitches. We also take note of your comments regarding the paths, signage in different languages and access to water points. These are useful suggestions as we continue to improve the campsite and make information clearer for our international guests. We’re glad that you nevertheless found the campsite fairly peaceful and enjoyed several aspects of your first camping experience in France. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié le Camping Seasonova Etennemare, votre emplacement ainsi que son état de propreté. Nous sommes en revanche désolés que vous ayez ressenti notre accueil comme « blasé ». Ce n’est évidemment pas l’impression que nous souhaitons laisser à nos vacanciers et nous prenons votre remarque en considération. Concernant votre emplacement, les fortes pluies et l’humidité du terrain ont malheureusement rendu certaines parcelles moins confortables durant cette période. Le camping étant complet au moment de votre séjour, nous ne disposions malheureusement d’aucun autre emplacement disponible permettant de vous déplacer. Il ne s’agissait donc pas d’une volonté de vous laisser sur un terrain humide ou en pente, mais simplement d’une impossibilité de vous proposer une autre parcelle. La météo normande peut parfois mettre les terrains à rude épreuve, même lorsque nous faisons notre maximum pour maintenir les emplacements dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Nous vous remercions néanmoins d’avoir souligné les points que vous avez appréciés et espérons que vous garderez également de bons souvenirs de votre passage à Saint-Valery-en-Caux. As a family campsite, the swimming pool is naturally a lively area during the daytime.
