C est la deuxième fois pour nous dans le camping. Toujours aussi satisfait. Mobil home top, très propres. Le personnel est à l écoute, souriant, très accueillant. Ambiance très familiale. Le camping est très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. Je recommande.

L accueil le premier jour, très gentille
Même pas de petit cadeau de bienvenue.
L'animation, horaire pas très respecté, nous avons apprécié les drôles de fille, et la soirée loto, à part ça les autres animations étaient pas ouf.
On entendait beaucoup les animations de la sirène qui résonnait dans camping.
Au niveau du restaurant les cocktails il manquait des ingrédients dedans quand vous prenez un mojito c'est à l'eau gazeuse et non à l'eau plate.
Beaucoup de personne se connaissent dans le camping du coup nouveau arrivant vous êtes un peu mis à l écart.
Nous avons été déçu même les enfants.

La vaisselle était grasse il y avait beaucoup beaucoup de fourmis à l'intérieur du mobil-home partout

Camping bien situé et agréable !
Jeune femme (brune ) à l accueil très agréable et hyper souriante
Les maîtres nageurs agréables , ils passent nous saluer et disent toujours un petit mot !
Animations médiocres
Le personnel du bar moyen parfois on attend + de 10 minutes avant de voir qqu un. Les cocktails à revoir ...( Mojitos infectés )

La communication entre les différents services du camping.
Le manque d'informations à notre arrivée pour ce qu'il y a à Argelès.
Quand on demande une info sur le transport à Argelès,et qu'on nous dit d'appeler l'Office du tourisme, alors que la borne à côté de la réception est tactile. Personne nous l'a dit à notre arrivée, on s'en est aperçu tout seul au bout de 10 jours.
L'organisation des animations, les animateurs étaient biens, mais çà ne commençait pas à l'heure prévu, 5 minutes c'est pas grave, mais 30 minutes c'est moyen.
