Se notó que el staff quería acabar temporada. Amabilidad justa, la zona de piscina ya no se pudo disfrutar el último día, al igual que la zona de vóley sin red ni nada. El último día me pareció que pagué una estancia para tener la mitad de todo

Très bien équipés, bel espace extérieur.
La chambre concernant les 2 lits côte côte est trop petite, quand nous les rassemblons nous n'avons pas de place pour faire le tour.

Super ruime en nette stacaravan. Ziet er moxern uit en ook het terras was heel fijn.

Segundo año de vacaciones maravillosas

Los espectáculos cada día y la calidad y el silencio de los apartamentos bungalows son una delicia, el temperatura de la piscina grande en La Sirene y L'Hippocampe difícil de quedarse mucho tiempo, está helada, y la variedad de las cartas menú de los restaurante de La Sirene es excasa, pero en general el Parque Acuático es una maravilla y cada año se superan. Los apartamentos podrían están más limpios al llegar pero siempre se puede mejorar. Gracias por la amabilidad y la simpatía, volveremos el próximo año
La limpieza del apartamento en nefasta, tuvimos que limpiar al llegar y al irnos. La piscina de L'Hippocampe está muy fría casi vojo un resfriado el primer día y la piscina grande de La Sirene está congelada, no puede disfrutarla. Los restaurante magníficos pero poca variedad en la carta menú. Por lo demás siempre maravillosos, gracias

El gran espacio exterior de las casas es magnífico, gracias
Por la web nos obligaron a coger una casa con más m2 y habitaciones de lo necesario para ser dos personas siendo final de temporada y habiendo disponibilidad de sobra, en recepción podrían haber tomado decisiones más nobles para cuidar del cliente. Pero siempre gracias por aceptar mejoras.

Another great holiday

Good clean site and great staff, been coming back for years and can't see that stopping anytime soon
The last few years we've eaten in the thai restaurant 2 or 3 times everytime we've stayed at Hippocampe, this year only once though as it doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be, which I'm guessing is why it was very quiet most evenings, real shame used to be really good.

Es un lugar fantástico para familias. Que el Camping L'Hippocampe sea peatonal, es fenomanal y da mucha tranquilidad y libertad a los niños.

Instalaciones de la sirene como piscinas y música en directo.
Trato del personal, plaga de hormigas. Al terminar la estancia nos encontramos el coche también lleno de hormigas, y hemos tenido que desinfectarlo. El trato del personal fue muy desagradable y a la salida de la estancia no nos dejaban irnos sin que acabara el lavavajillas para comprobar que estaba toda la vajilla.

Terraza espaciosa
Plaga de hormigas que corrían por dentro del mobil home cada día por un sitio. El alojamiento si no contratas un servicio de limpieza exclusivo lo tienes que limpiar tú y así es como se entrega al siguiente huesped. Pero para limpiarlo bien sólo te dejan una balleta, escoba, recogedor y fregona. Sin productos de limpieza específicos.
