We really enjoyed our stay but would have some suggestions for going forward: (1) We feel the use of electric scooters should be prohibited in the campsite - it is too dangerous, (2) there should be a small shop and coffee shop in l'Hippocampe, (3) the installation of ramps on the road between l'Hippocampe and La Sirene would be a good idea as there were a number of instances of cars not stopping and drivers looking at their phones etc, which is obviously very dangerous where children are involved, (4) Wi-Fi is very poor in the campsite.

J’ai adoré Le calme et le fait qu’il n’y est pas de voiture au camping hippocampe,
L’espace piscine , toboggan est juste incroyable
Mes enfants ont adoré L’équipe du club , Charlie 4 ans et Nathan 8 ans .
Ce qui pourrait être améliorer c’est peut être trouver une solution pour passé d’un camping à l’autre sans avoir à traverser la route pour surtout la sécurité des enfants … comme une passerelle par exemple .

Beau séjour, beaucoup d'animations pour les enfants ados adultes, piscine parfait , application parfait pour les réservations. Sécurité et surveillance parfait. Présence d'un médecin parfait.
Prévenir sur l'application que lorsqu'il y a animation cinéma en soirée à la piscine sirene de prévenir qu'il faut entré avant le commencement et que le film commencer on ne peut plus entrée . En activité juste avant mes enfants et moi voulions directement quoi 15 minutes après 21h15 y aller on pouvait plus y entrer si on l'aurait si j'aurais annuler l'activité avant et aller au cinéma mais noter nulle part.
Dame de l'accueil pas très agréable me sourire doit être primordiale on dirait quelles sont blaser sauf madame brune au cheveux carre parfait.
Hébergement bien , manque peut être un couvercle de micro onde non trouver, verre trop fragile
Manque petite lampe dans les chambre on doit toujours allumer la grande.

Bravo l'extension du parc aquatique est très bien réalisé et rajoute un plus sur la baignade et l'amusement .
Animations très variées et vu le nombre d'animateurs , elles sont de bonnes qualités et très agréables .
C'était notre deuxième fois dans ce camping en 4 ans et nous avons préféré cette années .
Félicitations votre camping est vraiment très bien et nous a apporté entière satisfaction .

The location is fantastic
Our cabin number 48 initially had a disgusting dishwasher that we had to get replaced, the door on one of the bedrooms was bad, we reported it but it wasn't fixed, also the WiFi didn't work at all on the area of our cabin, but when when it was working in other areas it was very slow

De nouveau on a bien profité de notre séjour à l'Hippocampe.
Cette fois-ci l'hébergement n'était pas si propre à l'arrivée. C'est la première fois que ça nous est arrivé.

C'est pour cela que nous revenons chaque année profitez à 100% du meilleur des campings.
Un coucou et grand merci de toute la famille, aux personnes de l'équipe qui nous ont marqué comme chaque année :
Merci Hugo (adorable) et Guillaume (pour les saucisses) / Rayyan (qui apprend encore le Beach Volley) / Nico (pour tes conseils) / Aaron (le meilleur) / Titouan (pour ta dispo) / Hélène (une pépite de bonheur) / Tony (le Fun incarné) et Max (pour ta sympathie), dommage que vous ayez quitté le Sportipoo, mais vous vous rattrappez à l'AquaBike !
Pas assez de place pour le commentaire positif et citer tous les Anim qui nous ont marqué pour notre plus grand bonheur, mais le coeur y est !! Merci Jean-Luc et toute ton équipe (Coeur)

Plenty of activities at the camp. S lot of young Irish friends my child could meet
A small shop or vending machine in Hippo camp. Especially near the sports/park area. It is a shame that when it is very warm and you need a refreshing drink to have to walk to LA sirene.

Liked the location this year.
Also the beds/pillows in the pitches are terribly uncomfortable. A bit of investment here would be great.
More to be done about the ants everywhere. Every cupboard we opened, there were 100s of them
The pitch we had this year was too much sheltered by.trees, causing no sunlight, bird droppings, and leaves and seeds dropping from the tree daily.

L’emplacement, la végétation, le côté piéton, l’accès au parc aquatique et activités Sirène, la gentillesse de l’équipe d’animation (uniquement).
Accueil à la limite du désagréable, aucun mot de gentillesse ni de bienvenue si ce n’est de dire « vous êtes en électrique ? Bon courage… » et « vous devez vous acquitter du solde de réservation ». Aucune explication ou guidance… et pour le Check-out, personne ne nous a demandés si notre séjour s était bien passé. Quel est donc le sens même de l’accueil, du commerce ? Par ailleurs beaucoup de fourmis dans le mobil home, douche très compliquée à régler car l’eau ne fait que de basculer du chaud au froid. Le camping est très beau mais le séjour nous laisse un goût d’inachevé.

Ménage mal fait à l’arrivée, couchage de qualité moyenne, présence de fourmis. L’impression d’avoir eu un moins bon accueil et service que les vacanciers passant par homair.

les animations du camping la sirène , de l'extérieur et quelques animations ados du camping hippocampe
les ados du camping la sirène obligé de venir jusqu'au camping hippocampe pour jouer.
Impossible de garer sa voiture à coté du bungalow tout à pied quand on est vers le fond du camping c'est pénible pour les courses même si vous prêtez des chariots ! c'est un gros POINT NOIR pour nous
1 salle de bain 1 bungalow de 6 pers. maxi pas suffisant les fourmis partout dès que l'on mange obliger de faire attention à tout de fermer les aliments dans des sacs à chaque fois pour pas que les fourmis reviennent ! elles ont été dans la chambre sur le lit or aucune nourriture dans les chambres ! les fourmis sur la table et les chaises dehors ! impossible de manger dehors terrasse non couverte pour ce bungalow ,tous les bungalows devraient avoir une terrasse couverte ! bungalow trop petit pour 6 pers. maxi pas d'égouttoir , peu de vaisselle fourni pas d'inventaire avant et après le séjour.
