Accueil très sympathique, les sanitaires sont propres et le camping est proche du début de la visite du village.
Pas grand chose à dire, le camping étant en cours de réaménagement, il serait difficile de juger mais peut être revoir la planéité de certains emplacements pour faciliter le positionnement des campements.

Emplacement suffisamment large et stable.
Un peu trop de devers que nous n'avons pu rattraper avec les cales.

Die ganze Anlage ist parkähnlich angelegt mit kleinen See, Bushaltestelle vor der Türe, um nach Bordeaux zu gelangen. Tickets am Camping erhältlich. Lios hatte offen und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Brotkauf möglich.

Les emplacement sont spacieux
Quand on réserve il faudrait qu'on nous donne le numéro de l'emplacement car à l'accueil la borne nous informe que l'on peut se mettre n'importe où. Pas trop cool car il faut tout démonter et se mettre ailleurs.

EMPLACEMENT SPACIEUX ET OMBRAGE
Les sanitaires du camping n’étaient pas entretenus correctement et étaient dans un état de saleté regrettable. L’hygiène des sanitaires laissait fortement à désirer !!
De plus en nous identifiant à l'entrée du camping, nous avions l'emplacement 24 sauf qu'il était déjà pris !! sur notre ticket était écrit emplacement LIBRE du coup installation à l'emplacement 68 (qui était libre) ... 2h après des campeurs sont arrivés pour l'emplacement 68 !!
Soit les emplacements sont LIBRES soit ils sont NUMEROTES !! afin d'éviter tous conflits entre campeurs !!

L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir l’Hospitalet et Rocamadour à pieds.
Je ne sais même pas si nous avons bénéficié d’un emplacement confort puisque aucun emplacement n’était réservé pour nous. L’arrivée avec enregistrement à la borne nous disait « emplacement libre » sauf que nous nous sommes fait éjecter par plusieurs campeurs qui eux avaient un numéro d’emplacement et qui venaient nous expliquer que la place que l’on occupait était déjà réservée.
Nous n’avons réussi à joindre personne pour éclaircir ce point.
Heureusement, les autres campeurs ont été compréhensifs.

Le cadre de Rocamadour, très agréable.
Je suis profondément déçue par ce séjour qui, en l’état, est tout simplement inacceptable.
Malgré ma réservation, aucun emplacement ne m’a été attribué à mon arrivée. Le lendemain, le directeur m’a imposé un changement, mais la seule place proposée était totalement inutilisable.
À cela s’ajoute l’état général des sanitaires (douches et WC), particulièrement sale et négligé, ce qui ne correspond en rien au standing annoncé.
Dans ces conditions, les prestations n’ayant pas été respectées, je considère légitime de demander le remboursement intégral de mon séjour.

Aucune place réellement attitrée malgré réservation, et l’emplacement finalement proposé était totalement inexploitable. Une telle désorganisation est inacceptable et indigne d’un établissement d’accueil.
