Establishment response

Nous sommes sincèrement surpris et déçus par votre commentaire, qui nous paraît particulièrement sévère. Les problèmes de canalisations signalés étaient une situation exceptionnelle et totalement inhabituelle pour nous. Nous avons fait le nécessaire dès que possible pour intervenir au plus vite. Nous accordons une grande importance à la propreté et à l’entretien de nos gîtes. Nous prenons néanmoins vos remarques en compte afin de vérifier les différents points signalés. Nous regrettons que votre perception de notre gîte n°7 ait été aussi négative et aurions préféré pouvoir échanger avec vous durant votre séjour afin de répondre au mieux à vos attentes.

Petit séjour dans le Lot

Review of the campsite

Séjour très agréable dans un très beau site très bien situé, proximité de différents lieux à visiter (château de bonaguil) et balades (promenade en gabarde sur le Lot). Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les baignades dans le Lot grâce à la plage aménagée.

Nous sommes ravis de savoir que votre séjour dans notre gîte 4 personnes n°3 vous a pleinement satisfait. La propreté et le confort de nos hébergements sont pour nous une priorité, et votre retour nous fait particulièrement plaisir. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.
