Gros potentiel mais gestion déplorable

Camping ombragé. Joli cadre. Piscine super et structures disponibles (golf, ping pong, terrain multisports)
Gestion et entretien du camping. Réactivité.
Remettre une machine à laver
Zéro communication/information en cas de fermeture des structures
Snack ouvert à la convenance des patrons.
Piscine fermée 2 fois (raison technique) sans information, sans proposition de repli. En pleine canicule
Chalet vétuste. L'équipement est médiocre pour un camping 4 étoiles. Porte de douche qui se déboite en permanence.
Ce qui fait office de canapé est total inconfoetable. Grille pain qui disjoncte.
On a l'impression que tout a été acheté d'occasion ousu un Site vraiment pas cher.

Le chalet était spacieux, tranquille.
L'accueil était chaleureux et l'équipe très sympathique.
La restauration était simple mais de bonne qualité. Mention spéciale au Burger excellent.

La gentillesse du personnel.
Une semaine sans avoir eu accès à la petite piscine chauffée ( prestation payée) , le bar fermé l après midi un jour où il faisait grand soleil ( prestation payée) Au final presque 400€ la semaine, pour juste planter une tente c est cher payé, je pense même que je devrais être remboursée d'une partie pour n avoir pas pu accéder à toutes ces parties du camping . A revoir : la propreté des sanitaires, surtout ceux du haut pour un 4* , qu'il n'y ait pas de papier toilette c'est quand même hallucinant.

Le toboggan de la piscine extérieure
Sanitaires sales, pas de savon, pas de papier toilette, pas de poubelles, pas de raclette dans les douches, une honte surtout pour un 4*. Machines à laver en panne toute la.duree de notre séjour, contraints d aller patienter au lavomatic à 20km. Salle de fitness délabrée, dans une tonnelle extérieure percée, équipements vétustes et de toutes façons sallee fermée tout notre séjour. Aire de jeux pour enfants minuscule et uniquement pour les 2/6 ans. Piscine intérieure fermée 2 semaines,sans information,sans excuses auprès de la clientèle.Bar ouvert de 16h à minuit, fermé le samedi et aléatoire.

Nous avons passé le râteau à notre arrivée car l emplacement était plein de branchages, nous avons trouvé à cette occasion 5 bouts de verre... Plein de branches coupées sur l' emplacement, une taille a du être faite et tout laissé sur place

Des fourmis,mais le gérant est venu nous voir le lundi...nous l avons laisser tranquille le we
Je pense qu il n' y a pas de vérification avant l arrivée des vacanciers
Le camping est très ombragé très agréable d'y séjourner en emplacement. La piscine extérieure est agréable. Le snack est sympa de même que les jeunes qui y travaillent.
Les sanitaires seuls ne ferment pas, le bâtiment est délabré. Les sanitaires avec douches sont mal entretenus.
La piscine extérieure est agréable mais un champignon qui ne fonctionne pas, une piscine couverte non accessible. Le snack est sympa mais les tables toujours sales.
La jeune fille de l'accueil est très agréable mais ne connait absolument pas le camping.
Les machines à laver ne fonctionnent pas il faut demander à l'accueil qui gère nos lessives.
Ne correspond pas à un 4* bon courage pour la suite de la saison.

Le manque de communication : coupure de courant fermeture de la piscine, le bar quasi jamais ouvert
Mobil home très vetuse et manque d'équipements pas de transat ni parasol en période caniculaire !
Irrégularité de l'eau chaude
Bryant la nuit secteur des sanitaires : douche à 3h du matin répété
Manque de signalisation éclairage
Vaisselle sale à l'arrivée
Manque d'attention et de respect lors des départs : patron au tel lors de la remise des clés un simple merci bon retour.

Un camping très bien équipé (piscine avec toboggan, mini golf, étang, tennis, city, spa…) et une équipe adorable toujours au petit soin!
L’état des seconds sanitaires côté emplacement de tentes pourrait être amélioré.
