Campsite Le Clou lies in the heart of the Dordogne. This family friendly campsite, owned by two Dutch families, has a total area of 4 hectares and is located on a sunny southern hill. The 63 separate camping places and 43 rental accommodations can be found on all around the beautiful campsite. Different kinds of trees and plants make the campsite a nice park where privacy, shade and sun are provided.The beautiful swimming pool has a slide and there is a big heated shallow pool for younger children. The presence of various sports fields, the restaurant and the pleasant terrace in between two typical Perigord-buildings, will make your vacation unforgettable. In summertime one can fully enjoy entertainment for all ages. Within short distance from the campsite a noteworthy amount of sights can be found, such as castles, caves, prehistoric excavations and Middle Age-towns like Sarlat and Domme. Besides, there are many opportunities for sportsmen to go hiking, cycling and canoeing.
