Une semaine très agréable dans un endroit paisible.
Le lieu est très propre, le personnel très gentil et attentionné.

2 ème groupe sanitaire : il faudrait plus de douche par rapport aux nombre de personnes. 2 douches c est insuffisant.

Le calme au camping
Review of the campsite
Le camping est reposant, les emplacements pour les camping car sont stabilisés et de taille correcte. Les sanitaires sont propres. Le robinet d'eau entre quelques emplacements est appréciable.
Son emplacement facilite les départs à vélo pour les visites environnantes.
Nous passons tous les ans, d'ordinaire au mois d'août et sur l'emplacement 97 et nous sommes très contents.
Le pain frais du matin est précieux également.

La Rose dans tous ces états.

Proche du centre ville et de beaucoup d'animations concernant la fête de la Rose.

Pas de wifi et le site internet qui n'est pas à jour. Ex: nous avions réservé un mobile home avec 2 salles de bain alors qu'il y en avait qu'une. Erreur sur le site internet

La liste des ustensiles de cuisine n'était pas correcte. Il manquait en réalité quelques ustensiles de cuisine : petites cuillères, fourchette, assiettes. Mais pour nous 3 ça ne nous a pas gêné

Plenty of shade for us and our dog. The small river outside was great for a paddle.
The washing facilities were perfectly fine, including toilet paper
On arrival I could see two waiting spaces outside reception but beyond the closed barrier. Outside, near the code number keyboard was clearly marked no stopping so as I approached i gave a polite toot for reception to lift the barrier.
The chap in reception was furious and said he expected me to park many metres in the car park outside and walk in (the 🥵 heat)
Instead of the clearly marked reception spaces.

Plenty of sqare pitches under the trees.
There's a large park and swimming 🏊♀️ pool just outside but pool was closed for major refurbishment in hi summer and 😔 looked like wouldn't open until autumn or even later
Looking up one could see that many of theses trees were DEAD, rotten and covered in ivy. They clearly hadn't been maintained for ages. Obviously dangerous in wind or sudden storm with several heavy branches crashing down onto one's PV solar or motor vehicles roof.
