We are delighted to hear that you were satisfied with your Lagon chalet and that last year's odour issues have been resolved. Our technical teams always respond quickly to improve the comfort of our holidaymakers in the long term. Thank you also for your compliments regarding the space and facilities. With regard to dogs, we would like to remind you that animals must be kept on a leash and that the beach is regulated. In order to preserve the peace and quiet for everyone, we have updated our rules this year: dogs are no longer accepted in certain categories of accommodation. However, we remain a pet-friendly campsite, as animals are also part of many families' holidays. Finally, we have taken note of your comment regarding the flooring. This season, our teams have focused on a major refurbishment of the chalets, and we are continuing with these improvements. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Côte Bleue. Concernant la proximité entre certains chalets, notre implantation au cœur de la pinède et à deux pas de la mer implique effectivement une configuration spécifique. Nous comprenons toutefois que cela puisse sembler plus restreint selon les attentes. Sachez que nous proposons également des chalets plus spacieux dans certaines catégories, qui offrent davantage de confort et de circulation. Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback and your kinds words about our location just a stone's throw from the beach. We are delighted that you enjoyed Restô du Marius, its delicious cuisine and affordable prices, as well as the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities and the beautiful area around the chalets. Regarding the supermarket, if you went to the right of the campsite to reach Cocci Market, the slope can indeed be a little steep. However, there is a supermarket in the centre of La Couronne, just 800 metres to the left of the campsite, which can be reached by following the railway line or along the seafront, which is much easier. We also take note of your comments about the shop and the electricity supply, which help us to continue improving our services. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Côte Bleue! We understand that everyone has their own preferences and that some places may seem more beautiful than others, depending on individual tastes. However, we hope that you were able to appreciate the richness of our environment: a quiet location, direct access to the beach, practical and welcoming accommodation, friendly services designed for the whole family and a warm team. Concernant l’intimité, nous comprenons votre remarque sur la hauteur des haies. Pour des raisons de sécurité et conformément aux exigences de la sous-préfecture, nous devons respecter une certaine taille lors de la tonte, tout en veillant à préserver un cadre agréable et verdoyant. Pour l’horaire de départ, 10h est en effet l’heure standard dans la plupart des établissements. Cela permet à nos équipes de nettoyage et techniques de vérifier que tout est prêt pour l’arrivée des prochains vacanciers, tout en garantissant un séjour de qualité à chacun.
