Campsite Le Donjon Lars (formerly campsite Champs de course) is conveniently located on the Normandy coast, with direct access to the beach of Courseulles sur mer! At just 800 meters from the citycenter and the port, the campsite offers fully furnished accommodations. The campsite has a water park consisting of a heated outdoor pool, two water slides and a Spacebowl! Courseulles sur mer is a pretty Normandy seaside town, located on the coast of Nacre. With two sandy beaches swimming, sunbathing and other beach activities are on the program. For lovers of water sports there are plenty of activities for all ages offered by the beautiful water sports center: sailing, diving, canoeing, sea kayaking, sand yachting and more. At the heart of the landing beaches of June 6, 1944, you will find places full of history and famous beaches like Omaha Beach, Utah Beach and Juno Beach. One of the most famous tourist attractions in Normandy, the Memorial of Caen, is located 20km from the campsite. Here you will find 35 hectares of gardens in American, Canadian and British style in tribute to fallen soldiers.
