El Parco delle Piscine está situado en el altiplano de Sarteano, a una altura de 573 metros, en un área sombreada rodeada de colinas verdes, con aire muy puro y saludable. Tres piscinas y una gran bañera de hidromasaje son alimentadas por las aguas termo-minerales del manantial Santa Lucia, a una temperatura de 24°C, con cualidades terapéuticas para la vista y efectos tonificantes para el cuerpo humano.
